  1. Our intelligence services knew the names of every man in that boat and the purpose of their trip. Maduro and his intelligence officer have been indicted on drug smuggling charges in the US. And, yet, here you are...once again...defending the bad guys. We Know (with a capital K) exactly what they were doing. This boat was not accidentally struck. These people were bad people whose actions have killed Americans. They are terrorists and state actors that are killing our people and we did what was necessary to make America safer. No apologies.
  2. Wrong: https://legalclarity.org/when-can-the-federal-government-take-over-a-state-function/ https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artVI-C2-1/ALDE_00013395/ https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/articles/article-vi/clauses/31 At this point, you are just making shìt up and hoping false bravado will suffice. Quote where I said anything that contradicts that. The game plan in DC was for the FBI to handle federal stuff like gun trafficking, human trafficking, etc. The locals handled the smaller stuff. The NG just supported them with logistics. Being armed was only a show of force/defensive posturing. There is no indication that the NG would do anything different in Chicago, if it happens at all. The NG is a state entity, unless federalized. So they can be used. Even if they are federalized, they can do logistics and show of force. I mean, you were blatantly wrong so I guess I'll have to wait until it happens to report my feelings. Lmao...never heard of it and I've lived in Texas my whole life. Is it possible you've just found a single nut job that made a video and inflated his value because you needed something to support your unsupported and inaccurate ramblings?
  3. Oh my gawd. How many lies can you fit into one sentence? Article IV Clause 2 establishes the federal government as the Supreme law of the land. Any federal laws that need to be enforced, can be enforced at the local level. The NG is not being used to enforce laws. They are being used to support local police and the FBI. The NG is not prohibited from use. Neither is the Coast Guard, but that is not relevant. Because that's where the deaths are: Most murders occur in blue cities.
  4. The Posse Comitatus Act does not apply to the Coast Guard or the National Guard: Wikipedia
  5. A distinction without a difference. You are creating a comparison of deportations to what the Nazis did (aka the Holocaust). So you are implying that those that support deportations are Nazis. Quod erat demonstrandum. I do not put words in your mouth, so to speak. I restate your words back to you to demonstrate just how deprived what you said was. Either you are naive or you are playing dùmb. Either way, what you have said was incredibly offensive to Jews and Americans. The fact that you refuse to acknowledge what you said is awful, disgusting and offensive is indicative of someone that holds a bigoted world view.
  6. If you don't understand what I said, then you don't even have the most basic understanding of Jesus's teachings. You aren't trying to reach out. You have come to a bad conclusion and are calling people Nazis because they don't share the same demented logic.
  7. Oh, they were guilty and in international waters so they were fair game. Smuggled narcotics kill 100k+ people every year. And these guys were working for Venezuela, so they were committing an act of war by invading our borders to deliver products designed to kill Americans.
  8. You called us Nazis and dare to pretend to want a civil discussion? I know my place with Jesus. I know I am a sinner and I need saving. I don't pretend to be perfect, unlike you. The irony is, you pretend to be perfect while being a bigot of the highest order.
  9. AI Summary: the user is stating that deportations are not like the Holocaust while comparing the Holocaust to deportations. You are treading on the mass Graves of Jews to spew your own brand of hatred. Diminishing the biggest plight on the history of humanity for your own personal political gain is disgusting. You are a sad little person in every respect. Don't pretend you are being compassionate when you know that if you got your way that women and girls would be raped in mass thousands would die from the journey or be killed brother cartels and millions will end up as slaves in the sex industry or farm industry. You are anything but compassionate. You are a bigot of the highest level. I stand behind my statement that the only people that disgust me more than you are the kiddy porn a-holes.
  10. So @robosmith is now defending drug smugglers. Trump really gets these idìots to take the 10% of 90/10 issues.
  11. You would know. And your hatred is showing. You assume motivations because your own bigotry precludes you from seeing anything other than nefarious intent. The reality is, illegal aliens are in violation of the law. Sending them back to their home country is the law. When that law is enforced, fewer people die, fewer are sold into sex slavery, fewer are forced to work in Marijuana fields and so many other positive things happen. But your bigotry won't let you see the compassion in the benefits of the law. I am absolutely disgusted by your insistence that the Holocaust is any way analogous to deportations. You do understand that millions of people died, right? We are saving lives by enforcing the law. You are just an awful person. Just flat awful. Why would you beleive anything you said? He also flipped tables when people were disgusting.
  12. You are a special kind of disgusting. Only kiddy porn freaks disgust me more.
  13. That is absolutely fùcking disgusting. Honestly, you should be banned for that. To diminish what the Jews went through, in the holocaust, and equate it to deporting illegal immigrants that violated the law is utterly, embarrassingly, disgusting. What is wrong with you?
  14. It is not in the law because we said no to giving citizenship to those that serve. Well...more accurately...we never voted to allow it and probably won't
  15. The law, the congress, the citizens have all said no.
  16. Actually, conviction(s) of drug use implies that. The conviction is just a means of finding the immigration violaters. The fact is, your example is still an illegal immigrant that has been continuously violating our laws just by being here. Yes it is. It is in the law. In fact, they are continuously and willfully violating the law. They have an opportunity to correct that. If they don't take that opportunity, they get deported. And there it is. The last vestige of the losing argument...but Nazis! If you were China or Russia, wouldn't you send a spy to apply to our military in hopes they would eventually have access to classified material?
  17. So, now serving in the military is immunity from the law?
  18. Yes. We have a statute of limitations. But to be in the US, they must be a citizen or have legal permission. If they don't, they can not be here. So, you admit they broke the law. Now you admit they lied and try to justify it. But you admit they lied. So they broke the law as kids, still break the law today and lie about breaking the law and that makes them good people? Could you quote the law that says it is ok to lie about breaking the law because you didn't want to get caught breaking the law. You've said that twice. But the law was written by representatives and senators from both sides of the aisle. The majority of the country voted to enforce those laws. No court has ever ruled that the laws violate the constitutional requirement for punishment to not be cruel and unusual. Your subjective statement that the punishment is harsh is not backed by law or popular opinion. So why should anyone care what you say? Well, we know I wouldn't because I haven't. I have visited around 15 countries and always followed the rules for entry and exit. Why should I have any empathy for someone that intentionally violated our laws and then demanded government services and residency? That's like a home invader demanding dinner, a shower and a bed. So they broke the law, became pot heads and now they are somehow immune from the laws? Are you kidding?
  19. Thats all you need. When you get mugged, just put your elbows up. That'll stop them.
  20. Trump on possible National Guard deployment to Chicago: "We're going in" Why is he going in? Oh, because 58 people were shot and 8 died this weekend in Chicago. If that isn't enough, then watch this: Politics are changing. These people aren't woke, they are awake. They see the violence. They know who is to blame. And they know who.is going to stop it. The left is against stopping the violence. They are screaming like babies because Trump will stop people from dying. According to Mayor Johnson, using the NG is the wrong way to do it. Screw him. People are dying today. We have troops that can stop it, today. Why aren't we doing it? Because the Mayor wants a commission to study what the violence is, where it is and who is doing it so they can put together an after school program and keep rec centers open longer. Are you flipping kidding me? Lock. Them. Up. Make Chicago safe so the kids can play.
  21. Straight to name calling, I see. Trying to derail another thread? How about addressing the fact that all of these people broke the law? The law is what it is. They violated it. There is no sob story clause.
  22. No. It is a statement that highlights the decision making. Guns don't kill people, people do means the decision is made by the individual. The vast majority ofnindividuals that own guns never violate the law. Your belief is that those people should be punished for following the law. Ironically, you are creating thread after thread supporting people that did violate the laws and in such a way that they harmed millions.
