I don't buy these statistics at all. It doesn't bare out in any other Western nation. Look at Canada. 90% of Black Canadians don't have two parents who were born in the country. The Black population was 1% in the 90s. Today, Black Canadians commit murder at 5-6x the per capita rate of White Canadians, nearly 10x the gun crime, etc.
