Tariffs on Canadian Goods
NAME REMOVED replied to NAME REMOVED's topic in Canada / United States Relations
Whether that is the case or not, one thing is certain. You would give a rim job to Trump, if he requested one. -
You may want to use a better source than a borderline Communist Independant news company: These media sources are moderately to strongly biased toward liberal causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports, and omit information that may damage liberal causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy. See all Left Bias sources. Overall, we rate ScheerPost as left-biased due to its consistent focus on progressive issues and critiques of capitalism and militarism. We also rate it Mixed in factual reporting due to the publication of unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/scheerpost-bias-and-credibility/

Liberal Party Leadership Race

That imbecile cannot grasp the fact that he is one of the most despised men of this Century, and that his endorsement of PP, will help the Liberals. The more Trump issues threats and intimidation tactics towards Canada, the worse the Conservatives fortunes will be. The most obvious example would be see how other Conservatives have tried to appease Trump. O'Leary, a former Conservative leadership Candidate, is now regarded as the most hated man in the nation. Even Albertans are turning on Smith. Stockwell Day, former leader of the Alliance (Conservative Party), has openly praised the idea of becoming the 51st state. When Trump speaks negative about Canada, the Liberal Party will be the main beneficiaries. -

This is nothing new. American states like Texas, have been dumping over 100,000 migrant workers to big cities in Blue States for the last couple of years, unannounced. If states are willing to do this to one another, it's not a stretch to say the US will do this to Latin American countries. -
I don't see it like this. PP was asked a simple question, and he could not even give a simple answer. This is why his popularity with Canadians is in the toilet. He has provided no solutions. Only is critical.

Trudeau is a flake, who obviously treated Alberta bad, but at the very least, he need a good job with COVID, and handled Trump well in his first term. This is why Trump hates him. Trump is used to defeating his political adversaries, and only accepts them, once they are defeated, and bend the knee to him. PP is a glorified paper boy, and all he does in criticise Trudeau. Canadians hate him, and there is a good chance the Liberal could form a strong minority Government, depending if the Canadian Government weeds out interference from Musk.

Is Donald Trump Insane?

On the bright side, it's only 6 days into his Presidency. There is a chance he completely forgets about the tariffs to Canada, and proceeds as usual without them. I mean he still has to threaten Germany, France, Australia, UK, Spain, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, and Finland. At this pace, he can start putting tariffs on different planets, by the end of the year. Mars hasn't been paying their fair share. After all, those unmanned spacecraft that have landed on the planet don't pay for themselves! he has a tough schedule ahead, but I have faith in him. I think that Trump can alienate all of the NATO allies by valentine's Day. Tariff everyone! -

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Refs are trying to screw the Bills, but they tie it up!
-
Greenland Canada Mexico Denmark China Panama ....and now Colombia Pretty soon Trump will run out of allies to pick fights with.
-
Looks like @gatomontes99 Cheifs are pulling away from @Michael Hardner Bills. Can the Bills come back? Or like the Vikings fans, will they be crying in their beer?
-
That is what I was thinking. If Trump invades Greenland, Canada, or Mexico, I can imagine being an American in Europe will not be fun.
