It does not seem like you have the best understanding of history when it comes to Ukraine. The Ukrainians do not want to become part of Russia. This war has been ongoing since 2014, when Russia invaded the Crimea and Eastern Ukraine. Historically Ukrainians have suffered horribly under Russian rule. The whole "NATO is to blame" is just useless Russian propaganda. I know of new Ukrainians in Canada, and literally every single one is in support of fighting off the Russian invaders. The Ukrainians can give up, but that would mean Russia annexing 20% of Ukraine, and having the ethnic Ukrainians persecuted.

I think it may be time to just admit that Caucasian people are dwindling in numbers, due to many factors (low birth rate, allowing a significant percentage of non-Caucasians into their respective countries, interracial children). The Caucasian population must be under 10% of the World's population. It's perfectly normal to be concerned about this, when every other race is increasing, while the White race is dwindling.

The UN, warts and all, is one of the greatest organizations in the history of mankind. The fact that many right-wing North Americans think otherwise, is rather scary. That may be true, but we have to limit the number on immigrants until we catch up on housing units, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure that the new Canadians will need. Admitting 2.3 million people in Canada since January 2022 was just foolish. We need to cap the number of people coming into the country at 350,000 until we have the ability to support them.

These numbers will increase, only the immigrants become accustomed to life in this country. They are also more affected by increased immigration than traditional Canadians. When the full effect of the 2.3 million new Canadians that have arrived has been felt, the "Worse off" number is going to skyrocket.
