Not hard to understand at all. Thing is, he has not been able to form a government. Canad has rejected conservatives 4 times and PP twice. My point was that he could be part of the team or part of the pavement and it seems he wants to be the pavement and criticize the team he wants to lead. He could be a leader that helps Canada becomes better yet he complains about everything rather than help..

Those were all election promises with no actual plans... Jagmeet made promises Elizabeth May made promises.. Blanchet made promises Maxime Bernier made promises Even Carney made promises. All for naught... :) Making promises is what politician do...keeping promises is a different thing all together for all politicians So thanks for a list of promises with no results.

OK, I must have missed them...please provide me with solutions PP has proposed. I think you need to look at facts and yes, Trudeau has made some very skeptical decisions based on his personal feelings but, he is gone and we need to gather our $hit and make it right. I think Carney is on the road to that. Looking at our election is not nostalgic... the evidence is clear as to what the country wanted. Our economy was not good, our immigration was not good, our housing situation was not good, our costs of living was high. Yet, we did not vote conservative. You need to dig deep and ask why. I am not saying this for argument sake, it happened and why? We don't want someone "nice" we want a leader with some smarts, not just a life long political resume. Lets be frank...if PP would have gotten his security clearances, he would be far more informed than he is now and may have been able to speak with knowledge rather than rhetoric. I have said this before but many have forgotten but I am not a liberal... (I play devils advocate on this fourm and love winding up some of the posters), I am a westerner and have never been liberal since Trudeau Snr travelled through BC and gave us the finger and told us to fuddle duddle but i have not had any respect for a conservative leader since Mulroney.

Nope, I want a leader that has solutions, not complaints. I want a leader for all of Canada and not for his own political career. I want a leader that is abut Canada, not about himself. Yes we have problems in Canada, many of which are from outside forces and many of which are shared by most countries in the world. We are not alone and certainly not capable of going it alone. Our southern neighbours are one of the prime reasons we are where we are. As I said in a previous post, I think had the conservatives chosen Rona Ambrose who was all about Canada, they would have been the government. But Harper lost so they chose O'Foole, then Scheer and then PP, twice...all guys that like themselves more than Canada.
