I understand the American constitutional "right to bear arms". I also understand the controversy around that right. My topic is not the right to bear arms, it is why are there so many mass shootings and why Americans are not more outraged about it. As I type, there was another mass shooting in a Buffalo grocery store where 10 were killed and yet to announce how many injured. Not sure if more people are killed by Mexican cartel wars or by American urban wars?
