  1. Lol...you keep trying to make me out to be some sort of Russian. Unfortunately I am Canadian. If the USA and NATO had any strategic concern for Ukraine, they'd have accepted the Ukrainian application. They did not. Brandon has now tried to eliminate any peace deal Trump has in mind. But that's not gonna work. All it's gonna do is give Russia a reason to level Kiev. Trump will bring peace. I'm sure you understand what that will mean. So enjoy your little war. It's got a limited shelf life now, and then you can call Trump a Russian asset. Enjoy that.
  2. Again @myata Question: How did you feel about the USA attacking Iraq?
  3. Whoopie Goldberg. Real name, Caryn Elaine Johnson. Caryn used to be a comedian. Then she decided to be an activist. It appears she fell victim to TDS. We should pity Caryn. Tell her we sympathize and hope she gets well soon. I'm sure she'd appreciate it. 😁
  4. Call it whatever you like. I call it a dance move by an old man. That people mimic Trump's dance move is a show of support and appreciation. A celebration of the expectations of Trump's term. A celebration of America's rejection of the previous administration. So support and celebrate America.
  5. This is pedantic taken to the Nth degree. "Normal" is that which the vast majority is. The primary state of existence. That is "normal". Those who wish to, or find the need to exist outside what is "normal", are ABNORMAL. As compassionate beings, we try to accept those who are ABNORMAL...well most of us do anyway. And herein lies the problem. 1. Some people feel threatened by the ABNORMAL because it rocks their stability. 2. In order to co-exist, ABNORMAL folks need to have some compassion for normal folks and try not...rocking their stability. That means things like NOT introducing their ABNORMALITIES to the children of normal folks. It also means NOT trying to normalize the ABNORMAL. Now you know and as a compassionate person... I'm sure you understand.
  6. Actually it's quite obvious and you do understand. But that understanding comes with the acknowledgement that your basically full o' sh1t. Enjoy that.
  7. Evil? Ok ill bite. What evil motivations?
  8. Well that has to do with the infamous Minsk II Agreement. Here are the main points: "Immediate, comprehensive ceasefire. Withdrawal of heavy weapons by both sides. OSCE monitoring. Dialogue on interim self-government for Donetsk and Luhansk, in accordance with Ukrainian law, and acknowledgement of special status by parliament. Pardon, amnesty for fighters. Exchange of hostages, prisoners. Humanitarian assistance. Resumption of socioeconomic ties, including pensions. Ukraine to restore control of state border. Withdrawal of foreign armed formations, military equipment, mercenaries. Constitutional reform in Ukraine including decentralisation, with specific mention of Donetsk and Luhansk. Elections in Donetsk and Luhansk. Intensify Trilateral Contact Group’s work including representatives of Russia, Ukraine and OSCE." But afterwards, neither Ukraine nor Russia could agree on what the agreement actually meant. Enter The Minsk Conundrum. Ukraine wanted the border control restored before constitutional reform and Russia wanted the reform accomplished first...in a nutshell. The "reform" identified would have given the Donbas region back to Ukraine in return for "special status" and representation in Ukraine's parliament for that region. IMO...therein lies the war. So did Russia have to attack? From the point of view of the west...probably not. But neither of us can speak for Russian understanding, and I'd venture a guess that they understand Ukraine intentions quite a bit better than we do. So...after it all went for a sh1tter and fighting continued, 5 years later, Russia sent in their military. My problem with it all is simple. Why is this any of our business?
  9. That's true. But they did as a consequence of the precipitous acts I outlined.
  10. Huh? Are you reading what you write?
  11. Lol...he's having his period me thinks.
  12. No. So I assume you're not ok with nuclear war. Good on ya. Perhaps now might be a good time to dial it all back then?
  13. Sure thing. Microwaving popcorn has zero to do with either Ukraine or Russia. The precipitous events I mention, has direct effect on both. Now you know. You're welcome.
  14. He doesn't care "why". Russia Bad. That's as far as he can go.
  15. Regardless of this...would you like to see a nuclear holocaust? Because it sounds like you're ok with the idea. Are you?
  16. Boy are you ever naive. 1. Democracy is the ability for the population of citizens to cast votes for their leadership. You're mixing that up with freedom and privacy. 2. I didn't say I "wanted" anything, Tweenkie-poo. Do not put words in my mouth. Having served in DFAIT...as an IT manager no less...I KNOW that all your calls, all your sms messages and all your emails, reside in massive databases and have done for a long time now. 3. Grow the fck up.
  17. Lol...it's been going on for decades now.
  18. Why not? My sister and her family did.
  19. I do hope you know just how dumb this argument of yours is?
  20. It's not absurd at all. These events precipitated the attack. Much like Brandon's policies, his mental decline and Kamala's failure to communicate, precipitated Trump's election win. Action...reaction. Cause...effect. You can claim I "support" Russia all you like. That doesn't make it true though. What is true, is I prefer to view all sides of any issue and in this case... You do not.
  21. Man...is this ever simplistic. It's interesting that in political discussion, you are quite rational and able to analyze all the factors. But with this subject, you sound like robo-bot. This war would not have happened except for 2 issues. 1. The prospect of Ukraine joining NATO. Who was responsible for that? 2. Ukraine's denial of the Russian language and culture existing in the eastern regions. Who was responsible for that? Things are never black and white. You know that too. But on this subject, you act like Bush. "Ur either with us, or agin us." That sort of thinking lead to a tragedy and hatred of the USA that remains in the middle east to this day. It would be a "bad" idea to follow that line of thinking... Wouldn't you say?
  22. Libbies... Find who did this and drag them through court on TV. Make a harsh example of them.
