If that $24 was used to rebuild the hiways...upgrade the electrical grid...maybe hire more air traffic controllers...that would be of great benefit to the people who actually pay that $24...each. Im sorry but every time I read the title of this thread, I laugh. I can fathom how a man or woman could feel more the opposite gender uncontrollably. And in an appropriate social setting, I could care less. Might even find a way to strike up a conversation out of curiosity...if I was aware of the gender-bending.
