  1. If you want to be that way, Harper had no choice after the 2008 financial meltdown. The opposition parties were telling him to spend more. Trudeau has gone overboard, spending far more than other countries. He is still printing 2 billion a week of new money. Money without an increase in GDP to justify it and people say, why is there inflation and why isn't my money worth as much. Duh. I believe him completely when he says he doesn't think about economic policy.
  2. Trudeau has doubled the debt in 18 months and is printing 2 billion a week. There will be a reckoning. He added over 100 billion to the debt before COVID.
  3. It amazes me that you think you should only accountable for the things you do and not anything you don’t.
  4. That's about the dumbest analogy I have ever seen. Maybe a better one would be, if you stand under the only tree on the hill in a lightening storm, you shouldn't be surprised if you get zapped.
  5. It's puking down rain and you decide not to wear a rain coat. Embrace getting soaked.
  6. Yes you did. Not getting vaccinated is conscious decision. That makes it an action.
  7. Another Liberal minority from the looks of it. 600 million and a government shut down during a pandemic surge for nothing.
  8. No it isn’t, it is up to date from Johns Hopkins Worldometer. Which 2% genius the ones that are already dead?
  9. It is your choice. You know the consequences of your actions. Stop whining and live with them. The rest of society doesn’t have to cater to your choices.
  10. I don’t care if you get vaccinated or not, just stop whining about rights. You make your decision, live with the consequences. if you can’t go to a game, concert or restaurant, that’s your choice.
  11. This one is. 2% haven’t survived it and many more have lasting symptoms in spite of all the precautions and restrictions.
  12. I don’t want you to do anything, just take responsibility for what you do or don’t do. You think you should be able to do anything you want without consequences. You aren’t a society of one.
  13. No, we are all responsible for our own actions whether you like it or not.
  14. I’m not. I just expect you to take responsibility for the consequences of your choices.
  15. Only because we can and if they want to. And we wonder why they don’t respect us and form alliances with Australia who is spending twice as much on defence with 2/3 our population
  16. All public health laws involve natural phenomena. COVID 19 is a new virus, humans have no immunity. I don’t believe in Zero Covid. I do believe in safeguarding our health care system and avoiding unnecessary deaths. Why do you people always deal in extremes?
  17. This country has a history of going to war poorly trained, led and equipped at the beginning, all of which cost lives. An exception might be Korea because it came so quickly after WW2.
  18. Sure you do. All human consequences are created. They are called laws.
  19. Only because we rely on the US to do it for us.
  20. Why should the Americans support Canadian territorial claims, we have disputes with the US in Arctic as well.
  21. COVID killed ten times as many Americans in 2020 than the worst influenza year in the last decade.
