When the Iron Curtain was still up, escaping Czechoslovakians were refugees.

Czechs and Slovaks may not agree on much but they agree on Russia.

You obviously haven't watched any of the hearings where member after member of his own administration has testified otherwise.

Right, both the Czech Republic and Slovakia joined NATO, so you should know better.

Eastern Europeans lived under the Soviet heel for 50 years. Most of these countries had been divided up between various European powers over the centuries. They have much better idea of what threatens them than some knob in Canada who has never been threatened by anyone.

Have they? If you read RT I guess. Putin needed an excuse to invade.

US Supreme Court strikes down Roe V. Wade

Abortions are not done at 7 months unless it is an emergency and a baby certainly cannot survive outside the womb without extensive life support in a NICU. I have a beautiful 8 yr old grand daughter who was born 6 weeks premature. She spent several weeks in a NICU before she could come home. -
Hitler said he wanted the Sudetenland because it was largely German. Britain and France caved and signed it over at Munich. Six months later Hitler took the rest of Czechoslovakia. Putin may not be Hitler but he knows the play book.

They will defend their borders. Sure they will, The question is, when will they stop expanding those borders? That's why the rush to join NATO.

Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons because of the Budapest agreement in which the US, Britain and Russia guaranteed Ukraine security. Putin also said all countries should respect Ukrainian sovereignty. As long as he gets to determine what that so called sovereignty is. https://www.rt.com/news/316687-putin-interview-sovereignty-ukraine/ NATO is a defensive alliance. Show me where even one NATO country has suggested it should invade Russia. Countries join NATO because they see Russia as a threat. If Sweden and Finland joining doesn't drive that home, nothing ever will.

US Supreme Court strikes down Roe V. Wade

At 22 weeks a foetus is only considered 5 % viable and 0% without extreme medical intervention. 1% of abortions are done after 20 weeks. That 1% would easily fit in the category of abortions done because the women's life is in danger or the foetus is not viable or even already dead. -
US Supreme Court strikes down Roe V. Wade

Oh fuck off. In my opinion, abortion is the worst form of birth control but that doesn't mean I have the right to impose my views on anyone else or deny others something they may need because of any personal ideology. You really don't understand the meaning of choice and the right of others to make choices you don't like. -

Overturning R v W was using an 18th century interpretation to overturn a right granted in the 20th century. A majority of Americans do not want to return to the 18th century. Rome became a dictatorship because the people lost confidence in the Republic. -
US Supreme Court strikes down Roe V. Wade

This supreme court is totally out of touch with the people. They don't want to return to the 18th century. A supreme court is not supposed to have an agenda of its own. This one clearly does and that is why people have lost confidence in it. When a society loses confidence in its institutions, the way is opened for dictatorships. -
US Supreme Court strikes down Roe V. Wade

It isn't just a matter of disagreeing with a decision, the majority of Americans have lost confidence in their supreme court. That is very unhealthy for a democracy. -
That was then and this is now. So what? Russia hasn't changed. It is run by an ex KGB colonel so mentality running it hasn't changed either. No they haven't. they have occupied all the area north and east of Crimea to link Donbas with Crimea and cut Ukraine off from the Aral Sea. They have also occupied territory west of Crimea and attacked Odessa to cut Ukraine access to the Black Sea.

Public confidence in the Supreme Court is at a record low. https://news.yahoo.com/poll-confidence-in-supreme-court-has-collapsed-since-conservatives-took-control-122402500.html 75% of Americans disagree. -

Pro choice is not pro abortion. That has been explained to you multiple times but seems to be beyond your comprehension. WTF is it you don't understand about the word, CHOICE. -

I won't feel any shame, state laws are doing just that. You are the one who should be feeling shame and embarrassment. -

But pro lifers would put them in jail for having miscarriages.
