X BREAKING: German police have prevented yet another mass terror attack against a Christmas market, this time targeting "large crowds" in the city of Magdeburg. A 21-year-old from Central Asia has been arrested on suspicion of an Islamist-motivated terror attack. This is the same city from last year's deadly Magdeburg Christmas market attack, which saw Saudi Arabian Taleb al-Abdulmohsen plow his vehicle into a Christmas market, killing 6 and wounding hundreds. The German Interior Ministry announced the arrest was made "to prevent the execution of the attack plans he expressed against large crowds." A deportation order has now been launched: "A deportation order may be issued by the Ministry against a foreigner based on a factual prognosis to avert a particular threat to the security of the Federal Republic of Germany or a terrorist threat.“ This news also comes after a Christmas market terror attack was just foiled in Lower Bavaria involving 5 foreigners, also with an Islamist motivation.

Only a fraction of the total occur in the West but don't offer that fact as solace to the victims. Taliban, Islamic State (and affiliates), Boko Haram, Al Shabaab, Al Qaeda are all currently active. Their main goal is to further the Islamic faith and eliminate anyone who is not.
