World Economic Forum (WEF) Influence on Canadian Policy
Infidel Dog replied to West's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
"Putin" is the new go-to slur word of Progdom. It used to be "Racist." Now if you have an argument they have no rational reply to it's because you love Russia. Or Putin. Same diff. -

Conservative Leadership September 10th

The way I'm starting to read it it's kind of a weak tea version of the American scene with Polievre being miscast in the Trump role and Charest being cast as Biden. -

Anthony Fury has good one on who's for Charest and against Poilievre and why. Here's a clip: " The only time the former federal Progressive Conservative leader and Quebec Liberal Premier has really come up in conversation has been in the context of: “Omg, did you hear Charest was consulting for Huawei to help them deal with the Meng Wanzhou issue?!” (Yes, he really did.) Other than that, nobody ever talks about this guy and nobody under 45 who lives outside of Quebec even knows who he is — and yet for some reason there are over a dozen news stories right now about Charest that are hyping him up as the potential hero of the upcoming federal Conservative leadership race. Enough about the man himself though. Because the current reanimation of Charest isn’t about him anyway. Well, it no doubt is for the potential candidate and those closest to him. But for most people invoking Charest’s name, it’s more about what he symbolizes, or — more importantly — what he doesn’t symbolize. He’s the opposite of early frontrunner Pierre Polievre, the opposite of grassroots excitement and the opposite of populism. That last word is key: Populism. It means different things to different people. Some welcome it. Some fear it. But for anyone in an establishment position — for those who fancy themselves gatekeepers — what populism means to them is a potential loss of control as more people outside of the system ascend to influence and reframe the terms of debate." People sense that it’s coming and they’re seeking to insulate themselves from it. Good luck." https://torontosun.com/opinion/columnists/furey-theres-no-need-to-fear-populism-coming-to-canada -
My Foray Into Conspiracy Theories

And here's one for you. Russia is financing climate activists: https://www.climatedepot.com/2022/03/04/flashback-2018-russia-collusion-exposed-congressional-report-detailed-russian-attempts-to-influence-fund-environmental-groups-to-oppose-fracking-in-europe-u-s/ Why? Did you want to have a conspiracy contest? Left against right? Could be fun. -
My Foray Into Conspiracy Theories
Infidel Dog replied to WestCanMan's topic in Media and Broadcasting
How we get there is the conspiracy theory. Where we're going is not. Not to worry though, there will be no more talk of "climate change" or "covid" when we reach our ultimate destination. You'll still have bad weather and new flus. You just won't be allowed to talk about them anymore. Everything will always be perfect in the new state. -
My Foray Into Conspiracy Theories
Infidel Dog replied to WestCanMan's topic in Media and Broadcasting
The road we're traveling and the ultimate endpoint is nothing new. It's obvious, therefore the "progressive" mindset can't see it. They've become allergic to the obvious. The goal is obvious, only the strategies of how this or that power structure take us there is up for grabs. The different strategies of how authoritarians might take us to a totalitarian state can be seen as "conspiracy theories." Where were going though is blatant. They aren't even trying to hide it anymore. Might banking be a tool? Sure, why not? I'm not sure our crystal balls of conspiracy theories can even imagine exactly how they'll use it though. Going by their previous MO whatever they do will be presented as a problem extraneous to them (even though they'll be like the little boy vigorously shaking his head "no" with cookie crumbs all around his mouth and a broken cookie jar on the floor) then they'll supply the solution which will be more control for them, none for you. The general goal is glaring however the precise endpoint might be a conspiracy theory. You'll own nothing and you'll eat bugs. That's mine. -

Infidel Dog replied to Jack9000's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Little side-note: When somebody tells you they're concerned about "environment" they're talking about their newly defined issue of what they now call "Climate Change," which is more about how bad weather means we're all going to die at any moment from out of control catastrophic global warming - which you could also translate into bad weather. Apparently bad weather never happened before Al and Greta. Oh, and those people telling us we need to make CAGW our priority aren't conservatives. -

You know what I'm interested in, right here, right now? How progs and the prog Conservative hijack arm have such a great interest in telling us more conservative conservatives how we need to or can never vote. Poilevre seems to be at the top of their anti list so he goes to the top of my Pro. They want Chong, Charest, mandate hypocrite Patrick Brown and the new prog-approved Michelle Rempel so scratch them. So I'm liking Roman Baber and Leslyn Lewis. -

Well I'm sorry, but you need to learn the difference between "debunked" and criticized. But yeah, a woman who traveled the world attending WEF conferences while telling us she had no interest in it told us there was nothing to see there. You believing that, "debunks" the sum total of nothing. -

Infidel Dog replied to Jack9000's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This talk of centrists and moderates is bullshit. We've allowed the Overton window to swing too far to the left in Canada so that we fall into line believing what used to be moderate and center is now what used to be hard left. That's just the media talking though. The talk we hear on the street is nothing like that. The current Canadian political reality is there is a streak running through the centre of Ontario into Quebec. It's bought into the progressive agenda and believes they are the norm. They aren't. They're really interested in convincing the rest of us they are though. They're what keeps giving us Trudeau. They could only manage a minority last time. Can a mild populist swing enough of us who would like a 'true north, strong and free' back to get a majoriity next time? Pierre is no Trump, but yeah, I think so. The hard left that want us to believe they're moderates don't. They tell us Pierre has no chance. Too far right they say. "Right" means radical they insinuate. 'Conservative' is a dirty word is what they'd like to shriek and what you hear under their breath. Pierre is what they fear. Scew em' is what I say. -
Fact Checkers: Legitimate or Propaganda?
Infidel Dog replied to West's topic in Media and Broadcasting
"Fact Checkers" as we see them today represent the last desperate grasp at credibility of a fake news MSM. Too much and too often they're just more baffled up partisan, leftist, attack bull shit to take seriously. -
Speaking of nonsense. Here's what you wrote and what I was responding too: " I honestly do believe many conservatives have shown a willingness to accept higher rates of sickness and death than progressives especially in terms of preserving freedom and liberty." And here's what's wrong with that: There are no "higher rates of sickness and death" in Conservative managed free states for you to show us. You know it. That's why you call a request to see it if you've got it "nonsense." Over all, unmandated states and countries that have offered the option of what you call a vaccine and even masks but don't mandate them and leave their states open for business and socialization have done just fine over states that went authoritarian with restrictions. Infection Enhanced Immunity in free states evens everything out. Authoritarian rule is unneeded over reach. Myself, I think what you call progressives even know this. I know I've heard you say you're opposed to restrictions when it suits you.

Scanned through it. Seems to be a lot of confirmation bias going on there at "Political Psychology" but it doesn't matter. If you want to convince us a morally biased stance that is allegedly only present in those who self identify as "Progressives" and would manifest in Blue States is empowering a superior efficacy of results in controlling the virus let's see some evidence that's happening. Otherwise all you got is pedantic bafflegab.

Fact Checkers: Legitimate or Propaganda?
Infidel Dog replied to West's topic in Media and Broadcasting
Sharyl Attkinson is a 5 time Emmy Award winning journalist who walked away from the MSM questioning its motivations and demands on honest investigative journalists like herself. She has a great interview on partisan fact checks and fact Checkers at Rumble. You can view it here: https://noqreport.com/2022/02/09/how-fact-checking-is-controlled-and-faked/ Here's a blurb: "One has to understand that nearly every mode of information has been co-opted, if it can be co-opted by some group. Fact checks are no different either, they’ve been coopted in many instances or created for the purpose of distributing narratives and propaganda. And your common sense is accurate when it tells you that the way they chose this fact check and how they decided to word it so they could say this thing is not true when at its heart it really is true, but the message they’re trying to send is that you shouldn’t believe it, your common sense is right. That’s been created as part of a propaganda effort by somebody, somewhere, as part of a narrative to distribute to the public so virtually every piece of information that can be co-opted has been.” -
I've never seen anything saying Blue States are doing better than Red States with covid. I've seen Governors like Kristi Noem of South Dakota claim it's the other way around, but if you're pushing the idea the morally superior Blue States with their lockdowns and masks and mandates and vaccine passports are doing so much better than these greedy, freedom loving Conservatives talk to this guy: I wouldn't mind seeing some evidence of the better results coming as a result this postured and I would say fantasy, moral superiority of the Progs myself.

Stories the Mainstream Media Won't Tell You

Oh and also, Blacklocks has a paygate. You pay them to get their stories off their wire. I believe Reuters and the Associated press have a similar arrangement don't they? -

But again, if it's government approved who can you rely on to watch over the government. Not somebody who has to worry about having his pass canceled or blocked as in a social credit scheme. Rebel gets some sort of journalism passes from somewhere though. I watched one of those Brownshirt Convoy cops deny one on video. He said anybody could print out a pass and laminate it. I think they want a data base they can access. Like maybe a vax pass/social credit thing that has everything listed where they can block the pass and everything it allows if you get out of line. -

I don't mind Canadaland either. It's kind of amusing when they obsess over their competition at places like Rebel though. It's understandable. The subscriber user base in Canada is limited. Sometimes when they go after the media of the right if feels like they're pulling their allegations out their butt, but that may just be me, over here on the right who thinks that. -

You need to read a little more news if you've never seen the MSM share sources. But Blacklocks is interesting. You might not have heard of them because it's more the right wing that uses them. They also use a subscriber model, I believe. But they deal more in investigative journalism and there's a paygate. They're all the time discovering stuff you won't read about in the Canadian bribed media. -

Rebel Media, you mean? As far as I know they're funded by their subscribers and general user base which is how all media was funded at one time. Rebel is just innovative in how they do it is all. Maybe your crooked media might try that. Problem there would be the MSM subscriber and user base is shrinking while Rebel's is growing. I don't see how that becomes the Canadian taxpayer's problem though.
