  1. Rebound wanted to blame him. In any case human caused climate catastrophism is an unsupportable non-problem that even if it were a problem would be better served by continuing to adapt to any change in the climate. You know, like Trump did.
  2. I wasn't blaming Trump. That was my point. You can't blame him for CO2 increases if there were record CO2 decreases on his watch.
  3. The point is you can't blame Trump and the Republicans for driving up CO2 to kill the planet (which is the way I believe your global warming theory goes) if CO2 reached record lows under Trump's watch. So let's move on to the next "major problem" Rebound wants to blame Trump and the Republicans for. How about "abortion bans" then? Not sure how that's a "major problem." Not even sure we can call abortion banned. It's become more inconvenient in some states. And I'll never understand how saving as many babies lives as possible is a "major problem." Some women can't afford to get to a different state to kill their babies now and that's a "major problem," is it.? You're going to have a real hard problem convincing me and mine of that one.
  4. BTW if you click that link you'll see it's from 2018. The Covid Kung Flu hit in 2019.
  5. The pandemic and the switch to Natural gas from coal. Whatever, if you are trying to sell what you call "Climate Change" as a major problem you can't blame Trump. CO2 decreased under Trump's watch.
  6. Look inflation increased under Biden. Noticeably. Obviously. Radically. Everything else is just desperate diversion and blather. Let's move on to another one in Rebound's list of 4. How about what he's calling climate change. So, if I understand the claim there, what they used to call Global Warming and now call "Climate Change" is a problem and it's Republicans that are more cause than solution. I believe you guys say that has something to do with energy driven economies using what you think is too much CO2" Well there's this: Americans’ CO2 Emissions Hit A 67-Year Low Under Trump So how are we going to blame Trump and the Republicans for that one?
  7. And apology for what? For calling BS on this? I'm still waiting to see the link from The Heritage Foundation saying Donald Trump was the "number one cause" of inflation. Anytime you're ready then...
  8. Not just caused but are causing. That would go The Federal Reserve, You Forgot Obama, Biden and The Pandemic.
  9. I'm not sure I understand the argument that Biden driving up inflation by printing massive amounts of money and driving up the cost of Gas and therefore the cost of living doesn't matter because there are arguable comparisons to what Trump did when he was dealing with the pandemic. Speaking of equivalencies I mean. I'm not sure I even understand the pathetic attempt at trying to make them there. Biden screwed up. If you want to say it was cause, TRUMP well...Trump's gone now so why does America still need Bidenflation? And Biden boys and girls who like to puff their chests out about unemployment finally returning to pre-pandemic levels forget about this: 62.1%: Labor Force Participation Falls in July, As 239,000 More Americans Drop Out of Labor Force
  10. Here's the thing. Let's suppose you're correct about Trump causing inflation by increasing the production of money and decreasing production in reaction to the pandemic. Very well. Why does Biden keep doing it? Only more so. Very much more so. He doesn't even have the pandemic to blame any more.
  11. Produce it. I'm calling bullshit until you do. I don't believe the Heritage Foundation ever said that. I think you might be talking about this below. If that's correct tell me and I'll show you why it doesn't really say what you want it to. https://www.heritage.org/markets-and-finance/commentary/now-91-bidens-inflation-keeps-getting-worse
  12. Well not again because it should have been enough the first time. How about some more, because you seem to be having trouble with the facts. " President Trump is accused of saying a lot of stupid things by Bob Woodward in the journalist’s new book, “Fear: Trump in the White House.” One dumb thing was Trump’s alleged comment to Gary Cohn, his chief economic adviser, about how to lower the budget deficit. “Just run the presses — print money,” Trump told Cohn, the former No. 2 at Goldman Sachs, according to the book. If Trump really said it, that is dumb. But it should be pointed out that the Federal Reserve did something not too different from running the presses: quantitative easing. Essentially, the Fed created trillions of dollars of new “money” so it could act as the shill buyer at government bond auctions. The “money,” actually digital credits on the banks’ Fed accounts, was used to buy US bonds to keep interest rates low — allowing people and companies to borrow cheaply. So, laugh at Trump if you want. But understand the whole story." https://nypost.com/2018/09/12/the-whole-story-behind-trumps-alleged-print-money-comment/ So then... https://www.quora.com/How-many-trillions-of-dollars-in-total-has-the-US-printed-under-Trump-and-its-administration-The-guy-claimed-that-he-was-the-best-person-to-manage-the-US-economy-in-the-world?share=1
  13. One can hope but there have been some pretty nasty European winters post Gore through to the Era of Greta.
  14. On the other hand...maybe it's a nice winter.
  15. They'll have the winter to train and re-equip though. Beave makes a valid point about supply lines being cut in some areas, but they can train closer to Russia and wait for spring. I heard the expectation was the Ukrainian counter-offensive would slow and possibly even stop in the winter from a Ukrainian analyst.
  16. On the other hand, the Ukraine has all winter to re-arm.
  17. Here's where the war effort stood yesterday: https://militaryland.net/news/invasion-day-224-summary/ So the Ukrainian counter-offensive is still enjoying some success. However, 2 things are coming - winter and a massive increase in Russian troops by the end of that winter.
  18. I didn't miss the fact that Whitmer and Cuomo were packing old folks homes with other infected, killing thousands. I didn't miss the fact they were offered Giant hospital ships by Trump to treat the infected but refused them. I didn't miss the fact New York and Michigan stayed locked down longer than Florida and South Dakota decimating the Democrat economies but saving the Republican ones.
  19. Yeah, I know. I saw what you did there. You did that Proggy thing where you take a legitimate point from the other side and try to apply it for your side. But it never quite fits. But yes, when the Biden Democrats started printing massive increases of American dollars to pay for their pork ridden trillion dollar Bills passed under their watch dollars were worth less. Add to that the increase in the price of gas inflating the price of everything and you have massive inflation.
  20. Back on topic though, I'm 50/50 on whether this is a more MAGA friendly or TDSer style forum. Actually, it would be more accurate to say the TDSers outnumber the MAGAs but the MAGAs make better points so it evens out.
  21. I'm tired of Progressives trying to sell their "Fact Checkers" as evidence. They're not. And here are my cites for that which are every bit as valid as a Prog's opinion labeled as a "fact check." https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/invasion-fact-checkers https://noqreport.com/2022/02/09/how-fact-checking-is-controlled-and-faked/ The Southern Strategy was a made up conspiracy by a Progressive plant in the Nixon administration who went on to his more rightful occupation as a writer in Progressive journals. The phony bugaboo of a Southern Strategy was adopted and enlarged on by the sort of "experts" progressive "fact checkers" might approve of.
  22. The worse handling of the Chinese Virus happened in Democrat states like New York and Michigan. The best in Republican states like Florida and South Dakota.
  23. Only a Progressive would try to sell us on the idea that too much success causes inflation. As to Trump's handling of the pandemic if Biden thought the worse part of that (lockdowns, Fauci and the vaccine) worked he shouldn't have tried to take ownership of them and doubled down when he took power. Trump was battling an unknown enemy with what seemed best at the time. Biden adopted the failed experiments and tried to sell them as successes.
  24. Currently the 2 countries, US and Russia appear to be playing chicken. Yesterday I read this questionable story how Putin was moving a nuke to the Ukrainian border for a threatened test. Then I read another questionable suggestion from some cable "expert," possibly a Biden regime rep saying if Putin used a small nuke to attack Ukraine, Nato would respond by joining the conflict. But let's imagine those stories are true. Not sure why the Americans would need nukes. MOABs have a 50 kilometer blast radius. Drop a few of those in Crimea and see what happens. Say, take out that Russian bridge, the airports and the Russian fleet at Dock. Do it with MOABS. Not because you need that much ordinance but in reaction to a small nuke without using a nuke on what both Ukraine and Russia call their territory in reaction to the Russian baby nuke. But then what happens?
  25. Yeah, has nothing to do with the false equivalency to Kushner, in any case. Just another pathetic attempt at diversion from the progressive peanut gallery.
