Here's something that's interesting concerning the idea that if votes can't be found to give either candidate 270 electoral votes the final decision goes to congress. There's precedent for it. And because that is illegal under the equal protections clause of the constitution that isn't just circumstantial. That's real evidence of illegality, if not fraud.

I'm hoping she has one of those machines and she can show it switching votes in real time to the SC. I'm worried about Justice John Roberts. He's a back-stabbing weasel and with the three prog-comm justices it's 4 to 5. If they can flip one more will the case even be heard? They'll be putting pressure on Amy to recuse herself. In fact, I think they're already doing that. I worry.

I was listening to a Michelle Malkin podcast where she was talking to the guy that started the reveal on that Dominion guy, Eric Coomer. There does seem to be a lot of evidence Coomer is an Antifa-loving, America-hating wack job but the problem is there's only one piece of evidence Coomer was behind any physical voter fraud and that's anecdotal. Apparently the guy Malkin was talking to was listening in on a phone chat Coomer was having with an Antifa connected group and Coomer said outright they shouldn't worry about Trump getting elected because he'd made sure that wasn't going to happen. But there's no copy of that conversation so it's not worth much. He is a dodgy character and he is connected in the power structure of Dominion but there's nothing there you could put before the Supremes.

Have you heard about what they're calling "the Great Reset?" If you're limited to the media of the left's 'mainstream" - evening news for example - probably not. On the other hand there does appear to be evidence of irregularities, some of which are unconstitutional. If the theory is correct that this could authorize a negating of certain swing state elections demanding a House vote for President and that vote would simply be one state, one vote, this would be a whole new ball game. What voting fraud could be proved in the supreme court would just be the cherry on the float.

The real court case hasn't begun yet. They're still gathering evidence. Whether we believe it or not the claim is evidence is coming at the lawyers gathering it for the Republican side like it's being delivered through a fire hose. That's the claim from Republican Lawyer, Sidney Powell. It remains to be seen how true that is. This morning I saw Sidney Powell talking about witnesses that will testify to a back door in the Dominion voting machine allowing them to audit and switch votes. It would be better if they could get a hold of one these machines and show the court how it's done in real time but they say they also have evidence they don't want to talk about yet. At this point it's "who knows?" I'm actually not optimistic. To leave the kind of smoking gun evidence lying around necessary to flip this election now the Democrats would have to be stupid at a level not even I can give them credit for. On the other hand as I said before, "who knows?"

Oh to live in Beaveworld where reality is anything you'd like to believe. But sooner of later you have to return to the real world and somebody is going to set you straight that nothing like what you'd like to believe happened ever actually did happen. That's gotta suck.

Speaking of theories though, Argus, I know you don't like them but here's one you should at least be aware of, so it doesn't bite you in the ass if it happens. This one says the Trump teams allegations of voter fraud are more just sleight of hand, because winning doesn't rely on flipping states by proving voter fraud. There's another way: I've heard criticisms of that one because there's a claim she's wrong in her interpretation of how the House votes in such a case but the theory still circulates.
