  1. Six men, including the Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson, are awaiting trial on charges arising from a violent incident at Cider Riot on 1 May. Hard to say at this point Dougie.
  2. Darryl Perez, who lives less than a block from the site of the crash, said Monday that it appeared to him that the deadly encounter started with a road rage confrontation. Perez said he was in his tent across from the Democratic headquarters, 232 Northeast Ninth Avenue, when he heard two cars speeding up Northeast Everett Street before coming to an abrupt stop near Ninth Avenue. Perez said he heard people from both cars begin to argue, followed by the sound of a physical altercation. “I heard someone say, ‘The best thing you can do right now is get back in your car and drive out of here because otherwise I’ll kill you,’” Perez recalled one of the people saying. Perez said he then heard the sound of a collision. Four gunshots came next, he said. Still unclear as to the entire story. I wonder if they can track the owner of the SUV that hit him. Probably stolen anyhow.
  3. News reports say there was gunfire. https://www.opb.org/news/article/portland-oregon-police-hit-run-motive-sean-d-kealiher/ Police said there was evidence of gunfire into the SUV that killed Kealiher, which crashed near the headquarters of the Oregon Democratic Party.
  4. That's from the first page in the politicians playbook. Sadly some people still fall for it.
  5. Hope he is having fun bankrupting you. Lucky number 7 I guess?
  6. If he was trump you'd be facing a lawsuit right now!
  7. Does that include the one from the girls in outer space?
  8. She was merely a pawn to Ingmar Rentzhog. He is laughing all the way to the bank. I do believe she is trying to do something good, but she is still too young and naive. Maybe in 5 or 10 years, who knows?
  9. https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2019/09/donald-trump-has-never-explained-a-mysterious-50-million-chicago-unit-acquisition-loan-is-it-evidence-of-tax-fraud/ https://www.cityandstateny.com/articles/policy/criminal-justice/why-hasnt-new-york-charged-donald-trump-with-tax-fraud.html "The problem with charging Trump is that none of the information is current,” said Danshera Cords, a tax law professor at Albany Law School wishful thinking indeed.
  10. dude what?
  11. Yeah but I think that will come to a stop when his taxes are released. He keeps trying to stall but I dont see him being able to hold out much longer.
  12. GOP loyalty. I cant blame them. I think for the most part americans like trump because of his wealth. I dont think trump is really qualified for politics imo. He has changed parties 5 times since 87. He was even once a democrat!
  13. I liked his father. Good politician. His brother was alright too, but he died. Liberals today are too busy looking to be "politically correct". I am so sick of all that garbage. Its come to the point where you cant even say anything to anyone because they get offended about whatever. That mentality belongs in urban centres, not suburbs or rural.
  14. I'm sure they dont need an impeachment inquiry to smear trump. All you need is a twitter account and a copy of his letters. Looks like something written in crayon lol
  15. Your plan has both pros and cons. The problem I have with minority union is that it essentially swindles the public's opinion on election. But it can be useful to eliminate one sidedness. Tough call imo. Call for a referendum on it I guess?

Perhaps even #1?
  17. But they did in 1812 and got nothing to show for it but our mace that you stole and was later returned to us by Roosevelt.
  18. Not entirely true: https://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/confederation According to historian P.B. Waite, “Confederation appeared in Canada in fits and starts.” The union of British North American colonies was an idea Lord Durham discussed in his 1839 Report on the Affairs of British North America. The Durham Report, as it came to be known, called for the union of Upper and Lower Canada, which was achieved in 1841 (seeAct of Union). In 1849, in response to a movement advocating Canada’s annexation to the United States (see Annexation Association), the British American League, a Tory association, called for a study of the creation of a union of British North American colonies. Union was discussed in the legislature of the Province of Canadaand written about in newspapers with some frequency between 1856 and 1859, usually as a remedy for a particular political or economic crisis. The call for a federation of BNA colonies was issued by Amor de Cosmos, a politician and newspaper publisher in British Columbia, in the first issue of The British Colonist in 1858.
  19. Not everything is run through ottawa. Federal laws, also known as federal acts, are laws passed by the Parliament of Canada that regulate or control something under the constitutional authority of Canada’s national government, such as national security, the military, currency, airports, and any business or industry that operates nation-wide or internationally. Provincial laws (or acts) are laws passed by Canada’s 10 provincial governmentsto regulate or control matters under provincial constitutional authority, which includes property rights, natural resources, education, social services, housing, health law, and family law. Municipal or city governments can pass laws too, sometimes called bylaws, that regulate minor matters like garbage collection or pet licenses.
  20. I like the idea of america. It was truly one of the greatest political inventions in the history of mankind. The problem is that the idea of america is not america. Hasn't been since the Lincoln era.
  21. https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.theglobeandmail.com/amp/report-on-business/economy/economy-lab/the-staggering-price-of-quebec-independence/article17529502/ Quebec's net debt in 2013 was $175-billion, equivalent to 49 per cent of provincial gross domestic product (GDP). Before separating, Quebec would need to negotiate with Canada about assuming its share of federal debt (and assets). It's a safe guess that with 23 per cent of Canada's population, Quebec would end up assuming a similar amount of federal debt: $154-billion. This would increase its debt-to-GDP ratio to 92 per cent. At that point, Quebec would be more indebted than France, Spain and the United States, and just below the level in Italy. That's a lot of debt. I doubt that quebec wants to start off as a third world country.
  22. Cambridge analytical is proof why we are all helpless. All they did was jump ship to Data Propria. Working for trump 2020 btw.
