If it was as simple as saying all mentally ill people are victims of circumstance, everyone would be mentally ill because all of us face situations.... No, no. We face similar situations — not the same, but often similar on some level, but our minds react to them differently. You cannot well accuse an individual for reacting in a way that is most natural to them. Or else, you should start shipping PTSD people away from mental health care, because they have merely reacted in a stupid way. They don't even deserve treatment, with that logic — they have to just stop being stupid.

An Islamic judge is highly educated. If he is legimate then yes, he holds the same beliefs. Whether or not he agrees or disagrees with some tiny debated detail in scripture, for instance, with someone else is irrelevant when it comes to his job. Sects such as Ismaili, ahmadiyya and Shiite are not Islamic. As to the practitioners of those, as I previously mentioned, they don't need to go to an Islamic judge and I absolutely do not think that they would consider going. Ask one of those what they would do. I believe they'll laugh if you suggest they see an Islamic judge other than one who practices what they themselves practice. They are free like everyone else.

That is the choice they have made. They have the choice of not containing it. Give credit where it's due. Don't give credit where it's not due. The animals reportedly sold at the market were all haram. Muslims don't eat wild animals.
