I assume you, like Argus, are trying to conflate M-103 and an actual law. We do have laws against hate speech because that kind of behavior, at certain levels, does lead to people getting hurt. Maybe if we just let people go to their church, mosque, synagogue, etc., and go about our own business we'd be better off.
