Classical Liberal Rex Murphy Rips the Green Party to Shreds

David Suzuki is another hypocrite/global warming alarmist with a bunch of mega-homes. https://torontosun.com/2013/10/10/david-suzuki-a-man-of-property/wcm/949b5f61-4d5f-4848-874d-1c738b18f821 "Stop driving, you worthless peons! Did Trudeau Fail His Country On Covid-19
WestCanMan replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
1) Maybe vodka kills covid lol. 2) Covid numbers coming out of Canada are no more reliable than the numbers coming from China, Russia or anywhere else. If you took 200 Dr Fords from Berkeley, put 100 in Canada and 100 in the US, and they recorded 1,000 deaths in each country, how many times would the Dr Fords in the US record a death as Covid under a right-wing government? How many would they record deaths as being covid-related under an alt-left government in Canada? Fact is that most covid-related deaths are among people with two or more co-morbidities anyways, and a lot of them were already walking on the edge of their graves. You basically have 3 or more options to choose from as the cause of death in a LOT of instances. A true Dr Ford wouldn't put a checkmark where it hurts Trudeau if they didn't absolutely have to, and they'd never miss a chance to put a checkmark where it hurts Trump even if they know it doesn't really belong there. My guess is that if you had the exact same people die of the exact same causes in each environment, you get 400 covid deaths recorded by the Dr Fords in the US grp and 70 recorded covid fatalities by the Dr Fords in the Canada grp. It's the age of misinformation. Canada's covid numbers are just what a bunch of individuals want them to be. That's it. A lot of it's random. I believe that covid is responsible in a lot of the care homes, where they can't just act like 69 people all randomly died in 2 weeks, but I also wonder how many times a seasonal flu kills 50 people in a care home and we just never hear about it. 30? 20? Shall we guess? -

I'm the one questioning the WHO's advice, which caused the deaths of tens of thousands of people. I'm the one questioning where the virus in Wuhan actually came from, why it got out, why the Chinese covered it up, why the WHO followed their marching orders, etc. All you wussies who just base the level of truth in a subject on how incriminating it for the POTUS don't get to suddenly start questioning China now that it's convenient. From your POV, the virus cams from a bat in a wet market and the Chinese were the world's happy allies in fighting the virus, and they just had 4K deaths. That's it, you can't have it both ways. But FWIW, it's entirely possible that only 4K people died in China from Covid if they knew it was going to come out. They certainly did a good enough job of protecting Shanghai and Beijing. And honestly, the way that covid spreads, and the fact that so many people are unknowing carriers of the virus, and how so many people have basic/minor symptoms, it's completely shocking that the virus didn't break out all over China before they discovered how bad it was. Yeah 4K deaths is a very real possibility. -
The case for a mandatory tracking app
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Look at what Obama/Hillary/Rosenstein/Comey just did in the US. Do you think that liberal politicians like that wouldn't throw a few names on the covid naughty list to spoil a CPC fundraiser, or delay a meeting by some oil executives or put a damper on a Harper/Scheer/Dr Lewis rally? I don't trust this government that calls islamic state terrorists "fighters" and sets them loose here. They're shit. They don't need any kind of tracking app, period. The fact that they get your contact list is just as bad as tracking your physical location. They bought the CBC and "select" media outlets with 1,400,000,000.00 taxpayer dollars, cut reporters that they don't like off the list of people who can cover their lie-fests, they're regulating social media, criminalizing truthful speech and now they want to get access to your contacts "if you have covid". Fuck them. When someone shows up at my door saying "We have reason to believe that you have covid" I'll make them believe something. -
Classical Liberal Rex Murphy Rips the Green Party to Shreds
WestCanMan replied to a topic in Federal Politics in Canada
What Rex Murphy does in the bright light of day isn't a worry for me. Of course you're 100% wrong, as usual MH: https://torontosun.com/2013/02/14/justin-trudeau-says-hes-a-millionaire/wcm/dc228770-0abc-4f13-88fd-e03142cd5be6 CBC is well aware that SNC was caught bribing a Lib politician before, they just conveniently neglected to mention it during the SNC scandal. Don't forget that one of the first things that Trudeau did after he got elected was give the CBC $695M. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/fournier-charged-snc-lavalin-1.4260367 - This article still pops up when I navigate to it but then it all goes away almost instantly. You have a long history of taking Libs/Dems/MSM at their word no matter how ridiculous the claim, yet you won't even glance at Rex Murphy's article because he doesn't meet your lofty standards lol. What a crock of shit. I never said my feelings were hurt, I said that you debate like a child, and I gave the exact reason why. It wasn't an unsupported or unverified accusation. You just proved once again that you don't know wtf you're talking about, who do you think this guy was laughing at? -

Trudeau's family business has been pumping Saudi oil into cars for generations now. E May is Canada's AOC. She actually thinks that Canada will somehow be a world manufacturing hub for solar & other green energy solutions, and she dreams that shit up while she's also dreaming about high minimum wages, paid benefits, free everything for everybody, etc. She has no idea how labour costs work, let alone an entire economy. What she knows about economics would fit in a nutshell and rattle. -
Classical Liberal Rex Murphy Rips the Green Party to Shreds
WestCanMan replied to a topic in Federal Politics in Canada
He gets paid to speak, so what? You don't think Trudeau did speaking engagements before he was PM? Is Trudeau disqualified from having an opinion then? Do you think that Trudeau got bribed by SNC, like Michel Fournier did? Fournier got $2.3M just for a $127M bridge contract. That's peanuts compared to the $150B in infrastructure spending that SNC wanted Trudeau to get them access to. There's 1,000 times as much money up for grabs. What would SNC bribe Trudeau for his help? Have you noticed the great lengths that Trudeau went to to help SNC? How many people/companies pay for expensive meals at Liberal fundraisers? Again, should Trudeau be banned from being PM? I bet you anything that there are quite a few SNC employees snatching up those seats. Did Rex Murphy say something that didn't make perfect sense Michael Hardner? Maybe you should speak to the context of Murphy's speech instead of just doing an ad hominem post and then sticking your head in the sand. Grow up. All you Liberal fanboys act like 8 yr olds. -
Did Trudeau Fail His Country On Covid-19
WestCanMan replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Canada is 11th in the world in total deaths now. 5,000 covid deaths. We have more than China. 39th in population, 187th in population density, but only 10 countries have more covid deaths than we do. Is it possible that leaving our borders open and telling Canadians not to wear masks was the wrong strategy? At what point do Canadians start to realize that Trudeau's stupidity cost us dearly, yet again? -
The case for a mandatory tracking app
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It's a bad idea to give them the power to track anyone they want, and because you don't know whether or not you have covid, they could use this to track absolutely anyone they want. ARGUS YOU HAVE COVID, YOU NEED TO BE TRACKED!!!! Um, I feel fine. YOU'RE A CARRIER! You told me that 6 months ago. FOT SOME REASON THE VIRUS IS STILL IN YOUR BODY! -
The case for a mandatory tracking app
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
There will be other viruses in the future. This covid could keep going around as a seasonal flu. It's a dangerous precedent imo. Vaccines for Polio, Small Pox, TB, Meningitis etc are important, the necessity and usefulness of a covid-19 vaccine is still up for debate. It doesn't last forever, they say that some people have gotten it twice already. -

We're getting lied to six ways from Sunday about covid, and the fact that our government still blindly supports the WHO is just embarrassing. If the WHO had a firefighting counterpart called the WFO they'd be telling us to store open gas cans in our homes and not to leave the house if there's a fire. -

WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Ok, let's pretend that you trust Trudeau with this kind of thing. Will he be PM forever? Are we setting an example that will be followed in other countries whose leaders aren't as altruistic as our dear beloved supreme leader? -
The case for a mandatory tracking app
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Do you think that the gov't doesn't track your location 24/7 by your cel phone anyways? Even before the NSA whistleblower I had heard rumours for a long time that every single phone call that you make is recorded, even if it's not actively monitored by humans. Your privacy is just a figment of your imagination bro. IMO the tracker is less of an infringement than an actual quarantine, but this whole covid pandemic is more of a scandal than an actual medical situation now. It's a divisive cesspool of lies & deceit, and a bunch of people who were clinging to what life they had left have become dead political pawns. My only real takeaway from covid so far is that people are shittier than I originally thought. Best argument against that monitoring system - our dickhead PM and his crooked cops can say that anyone is a carrier, because it's theoretically a fact some people remain asymptomatic for the whole time that they're carrying the virus. They coud stick that monitor on anyone they wanted. -
Trudeau to spend a billion dollars pleasing anti-gun nuts
WestCanMan replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
The only reason that Stanley even got off is that he said that the shot that killed Bouchie was a misfire from earlier. He said that he shot 3 rnds into the air but the 3rd round didn't go off right away, not until he had the gun pointed at Bouchie a bit later. If he said that he had intentionally shot Bouchie no doubt he'd be in jail for longer than a serial pedophile or an actual murderer. Our bitch PM and his enemy, the former Justice minister, were not happy about the verdict but they can go straight to hell. -
Anti us trollbots on forms

You'd think that Nancy Pelosi was trolling herself: https://www.nbcnews.com/video/lioness-pelosi-says-give-us-the-money-for-migrants-301230148000 Sad fact - she was telling the truth. -
It strikes a familiar chord with Canada. We're the ones who let travellers come into our country looong past the day we should have stopped. The only reason our Gov't is backing the WHO is because to say that they were wrong is to admit that we were idiots too.

I don't go to those beaches in March and April lol, this is nothing like Fla or Cali b_c, but I can assure you that going to hiking trails here was no joke. There are signs posted there saying that you get a fine if you're caught getting exercise and vitamin D in a 400 Sq km park like Pinecone Burke where it's almost impossible not to social distance. Remember, this is just a week after people were coming in on international flights and walking through our crowded airports. To say that tis whole thing was a gigantic, moronic fiasco is an understatement. Parks are theoretically opening again on the 14th here. Finally. -

I live in BC, but I grew up in Alberta and I've also lived in Halifax. March 14th, really? Listen to this dipshit's own words on March 13th: https://toronto.citynews.ca/video/2020/03/13/trudeau-on-why-canada-is-not-banning-international-travel/ Are you sure that you're in Canada? We still had our airports open for international travellers on March 14th. Nice, big crowded airports with no social distancing regulations or screening of passengers whatsoever. Travellers from Italy, Spain, the UK and China could waltz right in and go eat in any restaurant in Canada, ride on our transit, swim in our pools, etc. A week later we couldn't even walk in a public park a few blocks from our own home. International travel wasn't banned until March 16th, because the properties of viral transmission suddenly changed in those 3 days. Watch the little moron say that somehow the gov't was protecting Canadians prior to that, although they still hadn't ever done anything yet: https://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/justin-trudeaus-address-to-the-nation-on-border-restrictions-full-transcript/ You're the one who doesn't seem overly concerned with the plight of Canadians, while you're deeply concerned about US deaths. Are you sure that you're not from NJ or NY? -
I don't get it it. RBG basically turned the Demmies into a criminal entity with that ruling, because wouldn't everyone agree that the Dems, to a [wo]man, are entirely guilty of encouraging illegal aliens to stay? Or even to cross into the US illegally? I am honestly under the impression that it's the will of the majority of Dem politicians that foreigners, if they so choose, should gain illegal entry to the USA by whatever means possible and then just stay if they want. Am I wrong?

It would be nice to see some kind of a reckoning for people like RM who were so blatantly foul and intentionally misled her viewers for so long. I have no sympathy for her viewers, I just think that people like her are extremely divisive, to the point where they're a cancer on society. Kinda OT, but Rachel Maddow is living proof of how inner ugliness can bring a person's attractiveness rating down by approximately 9.97 points. There are people on both sides of the aisle like her, there was a Michelle Malkin on Fox for a while who could also curdle milk with her inner charm. Degan McDowell is the same way. When she says things that agree with I feel dirty.

Did Trudeau Fail His Country On Covid-19
WestCanMan replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Riiiiight. Country. Trudeau failed our country. Verified. I've posted plenty of video and articles that prove that Trudeau didn't do anything until March 16th to protect us from covid. He banned travel from foreign countries 45 days afer Trump, he told us not to wear masks, and even after Trump had started recommending that Americans wear them Canadians were advised not to. I have a hunch that the people who still don't know why the USA is a bad comp for Canada would suddenly get their unnerstannin' hatz on if I compared Canada to Greenland. It's a partisan thing. -

Metro area. Vancouver's population is only 700K. That's a useless stat. The GVRD population is 2.5M, which is more representative of the area. Toronto's pop is only 2.9M. GTA is 6M. That number means a bit more. If you weren't familiar with Vcr or TO then you wouldn't know to use the terminology GTA or GVRD, but you could type in MSA, metropolitan statistical area, to get the same info. -

We're not doing better than the US, we're doing better than the New York MSA. So you're saying that because Canadians are too smart to listen to the village idiot, he didn't fail us? -
So you just posted a clip of two people completely misrepresenting a conversation, which you saw for yourself, in your own defence lol. WTF is wrong with you? I didn't even watch your second video. There's no point.
