There are 100,000 Russian soldiers there, with air superiority, so they seem to be exercising an amazing amount of restraint. The fact that Russians are "shooting on civilian targets" is also because Zelensky has ordered his civilians to shoot at Russians. It's impossible to have a war where Russians don't shoot at civilians and civilian buildings when civilians are shooting at them. Are Ukrainians shooting anti-aircraft/anti-tank missiles from hospitals and high-rises? Almost certainly, but we will never know. Are they shooting from homes and businesses? 100%. Zelensky and Biden asked for all of this. Every bit of it. Moving NATO into Ukraine would be a huge black cloud over the lives of every Russian for generations to come. F Ukraine, they can go to hell. This is coming from an Albertan: I have all kinds of Ukrainian friends and family. I don't personally even know 1 person who's Russian. I trained to kill Russians for 3 years when I was a young man (there was almost no talk of any enemy aside from the Soviet Union the whole time I was growing up or in the military). But every man in every country has the right to join the military to protect their homeland, and that includes Russia and Ukraine. Ukrainian soldiers can step up if they want to but Zelensky shouldn't have put them into that position. PS - I've seen people in the know "allude to the fact" that Biden and the US oversaw the last Ukrainian and they did everything that they could to help Zelensky win the presidency, but I did a quick google search and just found a billion sites saying that Joe and Hunter are angels who just lie a lot. 1) Ukraine is several times bigger than all of those states. It's easier for Russia to find targets that they need to eliminate in a small space than in a large one. It's easier for their spies to get the info from that small area. 2) Those Baltic states are a problem, but you eat an elephant one bite at a time. Russia is doing what they can right now.

That's always where the outright lies come in. Even CNN anchors only lie 10% of the time. They don't like to say things like: "There are no bioweapons labs in Ukraine" which are guaranteed to come back on them, but they only allow members of their panel who'll say "There are no bioweapons labs in Ukraine". When the truth comes out they'll try to make a distinction without a difference, like saying: "Those labs aren't mass-producing agents, they just have a bunch of stock, it was no big deal." They basically use their station as a platform for other people to spread the disinformation/false narratives for them.

Is Canada a threat to the peaceful existence of the USA? Not at all, we're very weak compared to them. But look at it from this angle: What if Canada decides to enter into a military pact with China, Iran, Russia and NoKo, allowing them to park soldiers, tanks, artillery, and strategic nukes here? What if it's known to the Americans that we are operating multiple bioweapons research labs here in partnership with China and Iran to work with bioweapons that terrorists are interested in? What if the Americans warned us not to to do but we kept inching closer and openly stating our keen interest in furthering such a pact with those guys? What if the Americans started massing hundreds of thousands of troops on our border and we still kept saying "Let's get this pact going" and it was getting closer to a reality every day? Then China sends their VP here who says: "Let's get this thing signed"? Would the US stand by and let China, Russia, NoKo and Iran park their weapons here? What did the US do when Cuba built missile silos to hold Russian nukes? Was Cuba a threat to America? Were they a sovereign nation like Ukraine with every right to form their own military alliances? How many people in Canada and the US are angry that Kennedy threatened war with Russia if they didn't remove their nukes? How is the Ukraine situation different?
