Entire provinces dropped the mandates right at the start of the protests, so it wasn't for nothing. The MSM didn't make a big deal of it, but that was a slap in the face of Trudeau. It was only sensible and realistic by fascist standards. By Trudeau's own stated principles the PM should have met with the protesters and talked them, like he said that the Indian gov't should do in one of his virtue signalling rants.

One thing that I would warn people about is vaxing right before flying. A young person that I know personally wound up paralyzed for 12 hrs after he vaxed and then boarded a flight between Turkey and the USA, and he has had a lot of ongoing problems from it, and my wife's business associate has a son who vaxed before he flew to Japan and he was in hospital for two weeks with quite a bit of bleeding inside of his brain. I'm not sure how that is going for him now, last I heard was over a week ago.

The PM was guilty of hatemongering his own people, his sycophant media parroted his ridiculous/bogus/hateful claims against all evidence, he had his minions freeze innocent people's bank accounts without so much as a passing glance from a judge, the police beat peaceful protesters after they had surrendered peacefully on their knees and the media blacked it out, the police trampled innocent protesters and the media ignored it, people were arrested and detained without bail for long periods of time who are only accused of minor offences. You referred to Trudeau as being 'pragmatic' after all of that. I'll say it again: either you don't know what the word pragmatic means or you're endorsing Trudeau's fascist/dictatorial actions. It's not speculation, it's not even slightly inaccurate, it just is what it is.

The movement was very popular with some, unpopular with others, and as always CCCG tries to skew every narrative into something it's not to sway as many idiots as they can to their cause (the glory of the LPOC). That's why a riot where people are assaulted, cops are assaulted, buildings are looted, and buildings are burned to the ground is called a "Mostly peaceful protest" by CCCG and a completely peaceful, happy, friendly protest where kids are jumping in bouncy castles is called a "KKK/Nazi hate festival, threatening the citizens of Ottawa, which is probably to blame for a fire that nearly ravaged an apartment building several blocks away." CTV's low-hanging fruit are the dumbest of all Canadians, who can be suckered into following their bogus narratives and churned out as Trudeau voters.

They also gave the story more coverage than it deserved just because they wanted to use it for slander. How many churches burned across Canada and we barely heard about it? I've said many times here that when CNN and CTV want to create a false narrative they try to refrain from doing the actual lying themselves. Instead they find other people whose idiotic opinions fit their narrative, and give them all the oxygen in the room. If you were expecting CTV's article say "We at CTV are almost 100% certain that the fire was started by KKK-Nazi Trucker terrorists", that's your problem. They're not trying to get caught, they're being slimy.

Pragmatic. I'm not defending Putin's internal politics, I'm defending Russia's right to defend themselves. Regardless of what you think of Putin as a person, the Russians don't need to tolerate Ukraine with their bioweapons, and their plan to bring the combined arms of 20 nations right to their doorstep. I know that you can only understand your own right to self defence, and not anyone else's, but that doesn't make Russia wrong.

Then it's You seem to think that everything in Germany was peachy keen on March 12th 1933 and then on March 13th they were throwing Jews into the gas chambers. Sorry but that's just silly. There's a slow build to get from point A, when they were considered normal citizens, to point B, where they were hated like vermin. It involves a lot of hatemongering (like when Trudeau called unvaccinated people racists and misogynists), then ostracism (like Trudeau does with the Gesundheitspass), and eventually the fascist followers are ok with any mistreatment of the untermensch. Think of it this way, when governments, sports leagues and other cultural entities decide that it's ok to discriminate against people due to their tainted DNA, it becomes ok for the sheeple to "do their part". There are large portions of the population who get sucked into being part of hate groups, and the people who hate Russians are the newest one.

I didn't even remember that story until you mentioned it just now, which is exactly why it was the perfect story for the MSM. They use something like that in the moment to gin up more hatred of the convoy, knowing that by the time we find out the truth, if ever, the damage to the Freedom Convoy will have already been done, and the feeling that was created by that story will remain in the hearts of the sheeple. All that this really does is help diminish the credibility of the MSM, but the sheeple will never acknowledge it anyways. The MSM provides them with all of their little 'causes' so that they can feel like SJWs, and the sheeple are addicted to that feeling. They'll protect their internal image of their MSM like a heroin addict will protect their stash. When the story first came out I found it just a little too perfect that the fire was 1) small and innocuous 2) in a spot that was relatively safe and 3) where it would be caught on video, and 4) it was placed there just moments before a good samaritan just happened to come by. It wasn't lit, it was Smol-litt.

I get that there's an archaic definition of the word fascist, but eventually a word's common misusage is adopted by the various dictionaries because they aren't rulebooks as much as they're an inventory of words and their usages. In modern terms fascists are members, usually leaders, of a government that cracks down on freedom of speech, freedom of information, freedom of assembly, and usually hatemongers certain groups of people, then ostracizes them, then takes away their rights and freedoms in an ever escalating war on anyone who doesn't fit into their ideal society.
