Good news - part of that is due to the fact that there are [theoretically] far more vaxed than unvaxed. Get a healthy bit of sunshine. Take Vit D and a bit of Zinc. Try not to remain sedentary. Eat less meat and more vegetables. Get some daily exercise, even if that's just 1/2 an hour long walks [if you can manage it]. I've heard doctors say that if you can walk 100 yards in under five minutes, you are 300 times more likely to live another 3 years than if it takes you over six minutes to walk the same distance. That's under five versus over six. Don't force yourself to go that far in under 5 minutes if it's too hard at first, but if you're in the over 6 boat then covid is just one of a myriad of things that can kill you. I'm sorry but there's no easy way to say it. I'm 53 and my dad and both grandfathers died at 65 or younger. The clock is ticking for me too. On the bright side, all of the things that you need to do to fight off cancer, diabetes and heart disease are the same things that you need to do to get your body in shape to fight off covid.

Don't forget that once a person gives up their job during covid, it becomes almost impossible to get a new job because it's much more reasonable to have vaccination as a requirement for employment than it is to require vaccination to keep your job. Do you know that people who gave up their jobs for refusing the jab were unable to collect CERB and EI? It was basically financial ruin or pseudovaccination for hundreds of thousands of Canadians. OF COURSE THAT'S FORCE! The right to refuse medical treatments unless you give your informed consent is important. You supported it when those rights were being stripped away from other people, so that right no longer exists. In the future, you can be FORCED to take medications now regardless of whether or not you want them. Your complete lack of moral awareness and wisdom are in large part responsible for the removal of one of our most important, basic human rights.

Will Smith's attack on Chris Rock was obviously pathetic for a lot of reasons, but the fallout is just as hilarious. Here are a few things that I saw on the internet or TV about it. 1) Someone said "Why did Will Smith slap the guy who made a joke about Jada's hair instead of slapping the guy (29 yr-old August Alcina) that *fornicated* with her?" I wish I thought of that lol. 2) Will Smith actually laughed pretty hard about the joke initially, it was just Jada who looked like she just ate a lemon the size of a watermelon. The camera moved away at that point, so I don't think anyone knows what she said to him, but speculation is that Jada said "sick 'em" or words to that effect. Given that Jada was likely the reason for the violent outburst, her tweet of “this is a season for healing and I'm here for it” was repugnant. It was completely devoid of the accountability from her which is her only legitimate comment as a first step, and it was loaded with pontification, which is never a good look, especially when you're the biggest fly in the ointment. 3) Jada Smith said “I don’t give two craps what people think about this bald head of mine, because guess what? I love it.” on TikTok just a week before the slap. Apparently she was lying. 4) My first take on this was that Will Smith made a living off of making fun of the way that other people look and dress, I wonder if he feels bad about all the times that he made fun of other people? It was primarily done to make ad hominem attacks against the people who made the comments, and it downplays what few of Trudeau's actual human rights violations they talked about. It was nothing short of all-out damage control. Here's an example: 1) They say that she's a member of the "right-wing Alternative for Germany party" as if it's a bad thing. It's the largest opposition party in Germany with almost 90 seats. 2) Her comments about the pseudovax were correct: the vax wasn't properly vetted and tested at all, that's why people have to sign a waiver to take it. 3) Who cares if she refused to be tested for covid? Is that any of your business, or mine? Try to find an article by CTV actually condemning the actual human rights violations which are known to have occurred. It doesn't exist. You can find articles by CTV saying that the convoy is loaded with racists, that they're dangerous, they're desecrating monuments, threatening residents, that businesses were closing because people were afraid of them, they were trying to scam food from food banks, maybe they were responsible for a ridiculous arson "attempt" (the Smollett fire), etc and none of that was true at all. Yet the biggest story of all, the fact that our country went fascist for a while, went completely uncovered by CTV. The only mention of it they made was in the effort to do damage control when they absolutely had no choice but to mention it, briefly.

I'd argue that it started here, with the "DUFFYGATE SCANDAL!!!!!" ? It became news in 2012, over $90K in expenses that a senator charged for travelling to and from his 'primary residence' (formerly his cottage by a lake somewhere, but he sold his primary residence when he moved to Ottawa). The PM's assistant paid the money back and that was A HUGE SCANDAL!!! 3 years later the CTV and CBC were calling it "AN ELECTION ISSUE!!!". Every time something big happened, which made Canadians tune into the news, the first story would be Trudeau and Mulcair yelling about Duffygate, and the MSM flunkies would say "Oh my gosh this is soooo serious don'cha know." The Dems and their media cohort didn't have a real hint of a scandal but they saw how well it worked on Harper so they made one up. The magnitude of the SNC scandal and the WE scandal are off the charts by comparison to Duffygate, but the media here painted a very different picture.

What if it was true, and there was video of a Canadian who had surrendered peacefully and then got beaten up BADLY by cops while they held him down, which was seen by millions of people around the world, and still available on the internet, but you still didn't know about it despite the fact that you watch the Canadian MSM all the time? What would you think if that was the case?
