Depends ... If he's a Nazi...
-
Why? I think it's reasonable to clarify the laws, for discussion purposes.
-
Omigod. Could you be any more obtuse?! Ya I'm a 250 year old orange troll. The motion, known as M-103, became a matter of acrimonious debate, with opponents painting it as a slippery slope towards limiting freedom of speech and even bringing in Sharia law So ... How's it working so far? Is your freedom of speech somehow limited, beyond the current criminal laws? Is Sharia law affecting you personally somehow? Eg, Are you divorcing a Muslim woman?
-
I don't know. You should start a thread to engage DogOnPorch on these religious issues. This isn't a religious discussion, though there's a forum for that. This thread is about Islamophobia in Canada. This discussion is about hate crimes against Muslims in Canada.
-
Go to an appropriate thread. Start without me.
-
Well, see here's the facts: http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/page-73.html#h-93 (2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of ... Mapleleafweb discussions are not "private conversation".
-
That's debatable, in another appropriate thread. Go start one. How is that relevant to Islamophobia in Canada?
-
Afghanistan, Syria
-
You are still trying to incite and wilfully promote hatred against an identifiable group in Canada.
-
Maybe use "Israeli" instead, to be more clear about what the problem really is. However, this has limited relevance to Canada.
-
You are slandering people to try to incite hatred.

https://www.google.ca/amp/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.4209384 Police dropped the ball on the first complaints, but issued an arrest warrant for the most recent one. You haven't proven this occurs "regularly". It has legal consequences in Canada. Most Canadians would give a bit of slack to people protesting the bombing, apartheid and genocide of Palestinians by Israelis. We should likely also be on the lookout for Rabbis in Canada promoting the "from the river to the sea" Zionist genocidal agenda too. This is obviously a difficult issue with two sides, two stories, that is not a Canadian issue but affects some Canadians and sometimes comes to the attention of law enforcement, as is appropriate. However, the Israel/Palestine issue is not justification for Islamophobia nor anti-Semitism in Canada. Both have legal consequences here.
-
Show me evidence of that in Canada.

The bigoted creep put kids in danger, so the police got involved and laid a charge against him, approved by the Attorney General. Disagree? Take it up with them.
-
I think trolling is when someone has a mission to promote a particular noxious agenda - e.g., promoting anti-Muslim sentiments - and fails to respect thread topics and constructive conversation with their zealous attempts to pervert all topics into their mission - e.g. inciting and promoting hatred against Muslims.
-
Feel free.
-
I think trolling is Israeli agents trying to promote and incite hatred against Muslims. It's also a crime in Canada. Are you in Canada?
-
Just to bug you Israeli agents.
-
I just don't give a sh!t. You are boring me.
-
I have no interest in the contents of anyone's religion. They're all creepy, imo. But you're all free to have one, without anyone inciting or promoting hatred against you. The thread is about Islamophobia in Canada, which you demonstrate in your persistent trolling ... But I doubt you're in Canada.
-
You're not that stupid, agent Goddess.
-
I really don't care what some archaic text says in any religion. If anyone acts outside the law, call the police. Otherwise, live and let live. Inciting or promoting hatred against Muslims is illegal in Canada.
-
I don't care if they do or don't. It isn't my business or yours. Except I guess promoting hatred against Muslims is your 'business'. "Islamophobia in Canada" is the name of the thread.
-
You can criticize any religion you want, especially your own. But you cannot incite or promote hatred against Muslims or any other identifiable group. You know you reveal yourself as a foreign and partisan attack dog agent when you try to tag and insult me as Muslim. That's ridiculous. You have no clue about Canadians. I don't practice any religion, but I defend people's right to do so without people promoting and inciting hatred against them.
