I'm not a bigot. I've traveled quite a bit. I come to my conclusion through experience. I prefer to live near my own sort. Why is that bad? I don't understand why the left us trying to force everyone to live together.
-
I'm not a bigot. A bigot is someone who doesn't like what he doesn't understand or out of ignorance. I understand them I just don't like them. Have anything in common with them and don't think my lifestyle is able to be intertwined. I don't hate anyone personally. I wouldn't be mean to anyone.I just don't see what I could possibly have in common with a family who lived in uncivilized areas before coming to Canada. Where often times they continue to act barbaric and or backward. Just wanted to clarify. I'm not trying to act inflammatory or offensive.

Both mods are rabid left wingers. What do you expect? Of course they will give left wing posters more leeway. I don't see any left wing posters getting threatened with banning yet I am threatened with banning constantly.I'm an extreme right winger. Am xenophobic and view almost any immigration as an attack on our sovereignty. I don't like anyone who looks different from me or has different religious beliefs that are dangerous. When I honestly posy my opinions my posts are taken down and am threatened with being banned. So I now post a watered down version or avoid immigration threads altogether. I've watched our cities go from mostly white to mostly non white. I don't like that. Anyways. I don't know why Greg would appoint two rabid lefties as mods. Why not some balance? I have nothing against these guys personally. They seem like nice guys. However I think it's impossible to say they're not biased. Even just a little bit. It's human nature. I hope you don't take this the wrong way mods. Just posting my opinion.

To me the gender isn't relevant. It's the ability to do the job that concerns me. Merit is key. I don't want a female to be PM just because she's a female. I want her to be PM cause she's the best person for the job?

Why I might cast a blank ballot.

Until then... -
She won't form the next government. She won't be in a position to make any changes or any decisions at all. Thats why. She doesn't matter.

no one will care in the slightest. -
She has 4 percent support. I don't care what she says because she'll never be in a position to make any decisions. So why should we clog up the stage with her talking? I'd rather hear from people you will actually form the next government.
-
I'm well aware it's just easier to type. Shorter. For all intents and purposes the PM is a member of the ruling party. Until May has a realustuc chance at that job she doesn't belong at the debates.
-
if she can get mainstream support and prove that she has a chance of actually becoming the ruling party then maybe. Until then this woman doesn't belong. Let the three men discuss the important issues since it will be on of these men who runs the country. Not the Green leader.
-
Tune into her podcasts then. You can hear her all the time.
-
You already have in August.

The Greens hold one seat in Australia. One seat in Germany and 25 seats in Sweden. I wouldn't call that numerous. 2 out of the three nations you listed that have PR ended up with less Green seats than what we have on Canada under fptp.

Yes exactly. Precision strikes. Tactical nukes. Thats the answer. Melt the Islamists where they stand. Broker peace between Iran and Israel. They can become strong allies and rule the ME together.

PM Harper is the only one with a serious plan for the economy. The other guys plan to increase taxes and increase spending. We don't need our government going on a spending spree we need a steady hand on the wheel. An experienced hand that will steer us to modest profitability while lowering taxes and providing a good environment for job creation.

Tdi are best. I don't care about pollution. China and India are tge real polluters. Until they do something what our tiny country does is insignificant.

Papal Visit to Cuba and USA
Canada_First replied to Big Guy's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I am glad that a Christian leader is visiting Obama. Maybe he can help instill Christian values back into the USA. I TRULY hope that will be the case. Obama claims to be a Christian. I'm not sure his actions live up to his beliefs. -
Ontario teachers complaining AGAIN
Canada_First replied to Scotty's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Cops making 120k. Bus drivers making 70k. Teachers making 100k. Yeah they can all live on a third less. -
Show me a conservative University professor in Toronto. How about a conservative news anchor on cbc? Has the Toronto Star ever backed a conservative? Has the CBC? Any conservative teachers in Toronto high school?

Wind power ends up with us using more fossil fuels or other types of power due to wind being inconsistent. Plus wind turbinesare making people sick. But the province of Ontario is building them too close to people's homes. Ontario is building them 550m from people homes while in Australia it's 2000m unless people agree to closer.
