Many believe that the criminalization of substance use is an improper legal definition. This is because a criminal act is defined as an act against another person/their well being/property.And substance use by an individual does not fall under any of these so therefore can not be a criminal act! Impaired driving clearly falls under the definition of criminality.But consuming alcohol/substance use in a recreational setting such as at a bar or private residence does not. I thought we went over this like several times here and clealry established this fact? WWWTT

I believe that if the US can keep the claim alive about a single perpetrator they have a chance at making this look like the job of an mentally unstable individual. However if it is true that this was a group action then the parallels of similar incidents that happened in Vietnam will spread among the American public! The Afgans already know the truth and this is why so many here in the west are perplexed as to why this war is taking so long with no end in sight.Many here are starting to wonder why it is starting to appear that the Taliban strength is gaining momentum in Afganistan. Its in my opinion that NATO is losing its ability to keep stricter censorship over the military blunders/actions happening there.Hence the appearance of this war becoming similar to Vietnam. WWWTT

Actually unionized workers in most cases are very happy and productville bringing the quality standard to much higher levels! When costumers have a choice they usually pick the high quality of service for each dollar spent.This is called getting the most bang for your buck! WWWTT

If a manufacturer causes damages from the result of their product then who is responsible? When you create/sell a product you bear responsibilty. If someone feels that they have suffered damages then they have the right to file a claim.If the manufacturer/seller feels that the damage was the result of the consumer then they can make any counter claim or argument in court. Maybe you guys don't like how our legal system works and consumer rights? WWWTT

This is only true for the province of Quebec. The NDP MP Andrew Cash took his seat from a long time liberal riding is one example.All together there was 8 seats outside Quebec that the NDP took from the liberals/conservatives.But even more immpressive was the number of ridings where the NDP displaced the liberals for second place! This has to be very troubling for the conservatives because the liberals lost those seats with sliping support election after election.And the NDP surged ahead of the liberals in many of those ridings with growing support! Yep! They obviously last some of that support to the NDP,however it is in my opinion that the vote lost to the conservative would be more inclined to go back to the liberals if they were to move more to the right.In wich case the left wingers that vacated the liberals will be happy to stick with the NDP. This scenario would give the NDP an previously unforseen opportunity to sneek up the middle to take power. WWWTT

I believe this already happened for the favour of the conservatives in May 2011. However if the liberals were to regain support,it would come back from the conservatives where it originally left to during the 2011 election. This would leave the conservatives in minority position. Aswell there is the possibility that the NDP can displace the conservatives and take advantage of vote splitting and get a minority or majority government!Expecially if the liberals move further over to the centre and right of where the conservatives are parked! I doubt anything can save the liberals now. If anything the conservatives should be worried about the liberals,because if the liberals were to somehow do something to regain popularity(and for the life of me I can't imagine of anything now that can help them)it would erode the conservative support.
