  1. you're the one championing this. Stand behind it. Own it. Or do you change your mind?
  2. The niqab is cultural, not religious. It stands for everything you progressives claim to hate. I cannot understand how you can support such a symbol of oppression. It's crazy.
  3. How do orthodox Muslim's feel about gender issues? Have wd asked the niqab wsaring ones before letting them in by the thousand? we're letting in 250,000 Muslims to Canada per year. Soon they'll be the majority and running the country. They'll have the numbers to change the laws and nothing the rest can do about it. I hope you know what youre doing. Once I retire ill be liquidating my assests and leaving Canada. Im nit sticking around to be led by an orthodox Muslim.
  4. if a white person held the same views as a brown Muslim theyd be labeled as a misogynistic woman hating person. why is it ok for a Muslim to hold these views and even heralded for doing so?

  5. Everyone in favor of the Niqab is looking at it as a hood only and ignoring what it actually represents to every muslim on the planet. Its not the hood itself but what it represents that people have a problem with. Are you saying your ignorant as to the niqabs meaning to Muslims? I would think it a better idea to educate yourselves before announcing Support for a niqab.
  6. We should ask new Muslim immigrants what they think about gender identity and lgbt issues as well. If they're valued Canadians then we need to embrce their cultural feeling s too.
  7. its about what the niqab represents not the hood itself. It represents the same thing to every Muslim. Why is this hard¿?
  8. I think its funny that the same people defending this non white persons mysogyny would be up in arms if a white person held similar views about women in society.
  9. . Then the police arrest the illegal protesters. I'm sure some people would merely run through a roadblock hitting people if necessary. People foolish enough to stand on the highways and biways almost deserve to be hit. It makes me laugh when I see the Indians protesting because they're wasting their lives away while I went to school got a good job and am now making a lot of money. All the while they want to squabble for table scraps I'm travelling the world and getting paid to do it. What a waste. The Indians need to move on. Bring back the residential school program to help program these young Indians as their parents are failing them and only succeeding in making sure the children are as racist as they are. The left falls over themselves to defend the most racist group in Canada while espousing equality. Hypocrisy.
  10. . Try walking away or not pulling over the next time the police engage you and see what happens. Or just refuse to show id even. You must follow police commands that are given. Running away from a traffic stop is not an acceptable response. You think it is fine to abondon ones car and just run away from police while I do not.Me being non white I would say I've been stopped much more often than you have. This gives me actual experience with police not just armchair experience. Every time I'm stopped, I'm well dressed. I'm cordial with the officer. I show them respect. I give them my id when asked. Guess what I'm on my way. I know they're stopping me because I'm a non white person living in an exclusively white area but that's life. Non white people having wealth is a fairly new concept and I understand that. I'm glad the police are here to keep riff Raff out.
  11. Not at all. I am non white and have been stopped by police on occasion. However since I dont run away I have yet to have any issue. If the police were indiscriminately murdering non whites surely I merit killing by racist police. Or perhaps I dont provoke police response by owning my actions and measure by responses something this black person failed to do. His own fault.Edit id like to add that im in no way defending this officer just pointing out that the police action wasnt unprovoked. The victim provoked this response through his actions.
  12. Dont want toget shot dont run from police. Very simple. I find it kind of funny to be honest. Anyone who runs from police is an idiot.
  13. lesson of the day is listen to the police. I blame parents for not raising children properly.

  14. Listen to the police and you wont get into trouble. Quite simple.
  15. I dont care one way or another. If it doesn't make or cost me money I really don't care. I live in a very nice area and am simply above this type of thing. Look at the way the victim was dressed. His fashion sense is terrible. Dress to impress and always judge a man by his shoes.
  16. if he wouldve not ran from police he most likely eould be alive today. Run from police and you may get shot. Listen to the police.
  17. People need to look at the guy who got shot, if he wouldnt have ran we wouldn't have been shot, simple. If you run ftom police may shoot you. Simple.n Simple. to avoid getting shot listen to police commands. This idnt rovket science.
  18. this is true, good point.
  19. It's about time people take responsibility for their own actions. If the police shoot you, ask yourself what you did to provoke this response. For example.

    1. On Guard for Thee

      On Guard for Thee

What if you are dead after they shoot you.

    2. Argus

      Argus

You don't believe in an afterlife? Reincarnation?

  20. Why was this guy running from police? If he didn't run he wouldnt have been shot. I think people should look at the victim. He has responsibility too.
  21. I asked you first. So your answer is that it brings nothing to Canada. Women walking around shrouded brings nothing to the fabric of Canada. Thank you for being honest about it. If it brought some great things surely you would be forth coming with the praise. Your silence speaks volumes to us. Thanks again.
  22. I find it funny how so many here were so sure that Netenyahu would lose. He ends up winning...lol. Hilarious.
  23. Please explain what value embracing this custom of the niqab brings to Canada. Thank you.
  24. What value does embracing this cultural practice bring to Canada?
  25. Please, for goodness sakes. Educate your children privately or at home.
