The questions I would ask include: how many people are affected in Canada and how severely - what is the mortality and morbidity associated with this, in other words the clinical significance? For example, how many of them were classed as mild myocarditis, a typically self-limiting condition? Is what is happening enough to restrict the vaccine in certain cohorts? I don’t think the final answers are in but some suggestions have already been made on the type of vaccine to be given and the timing of them in younger males.
