  1. Well then, you obviously know the facts too!
  2. You're wrong about bump stocks - isn't that obvious? Without the bump stocks, many more people would've gotten out of the area faster. Did you even watch the videos? OK, are you actually suggesting that the bump stocks made no difference in the outcome in Vegas?
  3. If we were really being honest, gun violence has nothing to do with AR-15's, Assault rifles, fully auto rifles or AK-47's or any of the other "sexy" weapons that dems parade around. Most gun violence is perpetrated by people using semi-auto handguns. And, to go further, it's black males committing well over half of these shootings (and that's modest). The solution is not to ban assault rifles from legal and honest gun enthusiasts.
  4. Then why should bump stocks be in question at all? May as well just keep them then. <that's sarcasm BTW> I don't know how you can be wrong about absolutely everything - it's staggering!
  5. Good on 'em. I support more gun control too. Not to the extent we have in Canada, but more nonetheless.
  6. Well, considering that this is a reaction to the Vegas shooting, you couldn't be more wrong. Regulating or banning bump stocks is the only thing that would have prevented deaths at that event. The shooter would have passed every check with flying colors.
  7. Well, I'm glad you're giving me the chance to clear this up because...NO, not particularly! Sure, I'd rather they didn't do it, but I have a hard time feeling for gangstas who are shooting each in the streets. Just so, I'm fair, I have little sympathy for the drug dealers in Vancouver shooting each other up. Take that 11,000 gun deaths and subtract the gang related murders and what do you get? 3- 4,000 maybe. In a country of 235,000,000+, that's actually not that high. Drunk drivers kill that many over a couple summer weekends, and check out murders by knife. Unlike some of you, I'll refrain from bathtub and lightning deaths, but the odds of an everyday person being involved in a shooting in the US is lower than you'd think. I don't think you're actually aware of the numbers
  8. But that's all it is - perspective! 60 people are murdered in Chicago each and every month and it doesn't raise an eyebrow.
  9. How come the Dems only politicize this issue after white folks get shot? No gun outrage about Chicago who lose 60 (mostly black) people a month to gun related deaths? Yeah, it's never the Dems playing politics, is it?
  10. Oh, I absolutely believe you were horrified, we all were/are.
  11. C'mon Dialamah! Are you suggesting that when when you heard the news and it wasn't a guy named Abdul or Mohammed, but that it was a white guy, you didn't secretly hope he was a Christian fundamentalist or White Nationalist? Really? Whatever though, don't get too comfortable, It could still be Islamic terrorism.
  12. Yes, but every night! C'mon, if you can't be funny (or at least light hearted), take the night off. There is no denial either and no escapism if the TV is on at all. We've lost the TV and movie people because of their "expression", we've lost music, we've lost sports, we've lost SNL, and we've lost morning TV (for the most part) and now late night TV because everyone has to express their views. You wake up listening to Joy Behar ranting and go to bed with Jimmy Kimmell crying, and everything in between is politics. We get it - you hate Trump! I should laugh at the irony of the left talking about unity and division, when you literally can't turn on a single bit of media without the liberals spewing their hatred for Donald Trump and his supporters.
  13. Well, it's obvious that the left want it to be terrorism (at the very least). In Orlando they wanted it to be gun violence, at VT they wanted gun violence/workplace violence. This situation, if called terrorism/gun violence would go a long way to evening out the score between radical Islamic terrorism and "white nationalist" terrorism. You have to know that when news broke that he was a white male, the liberals (along with locals like dialamah, Omni and jacee) were hoping beyond hope that he was a christian...or at least a Trump supporter.
  14. Late night TV should be light viewing. All these guys wanting to get political has turned me completely off. I suppose some people want every single moment of their lives politicized, but I can't stand it and can't stand Kimmell anymore. Quit your crying pal...sheesh!
  15. Man, this is one of those times when I wish I had been logging all your worldly adventures.
  16. Well, considering that we've always spoken of how immigrants should integrate into our society and liberals have openly mocked the idea of us changing to suit the needs of immigrants in such ways as Sharia law, It's quite open and honest for Sweden to proclaim that "there is no going back" and "we must integrate towards them" is pretty much saying "we give up". Sweden is not and will never be the place that it used to be. Sweden is moving toward Islam, and they've accepted it. I'm sure this makes you smile, but it just tells me where we and other western nations are headed - and no, I don't like it one bit.
  17. What happened to you, you're sounding like Jacee these days? Sad!
  18. That's just one article, there are others both in print and on youtube that speak to the financial problems looming in Sweden. Even their neighbouring countries are distancing themselves. However, in 2008 they were 7th, in 2009 they dropped 2 positions to 9th and in HSDI they were 3rd. They've taken quite a slide and that was before the 160K so odd immigrants. I'll stick with my predictions and watch closely over the next year. Sweden is the canary in the coal mine.
  19. http://speisa.com/modules/articles/index.php/item.454/sweden-to-become-a-third-world-country-by-2030-according-to-un.html
  20. Oh, and did I mention that the UN forecasts Sweden to become a third world country in just over 10 years (I think it'll come sooner) . Willingly accepting this is true desensitization from the "old Swedes".
  21. What political side does the military represent?
  22. I don't think we're desensitized, I think we are still in denial. The Swedes are desensitized - In fact Sweden has officially given up.
  23. I for one, didn't like it whenThomas did it and I don't like that Curry did it. I don't like sports mixing in politics at all. I don't remember too many people applauding Thomas (although, i'm sure some did), but his team turned on him after that stunt. Crosby and Subban are both class acts!
  24. It seems that a Nazi is anything that the left decides is Nazi. Even though there has been just one rally that involved only a couple hundred "Nazis", Antifa has determined that any dissenting viewpoints are Nazi, White Nationalist and/or fascist (obviously), not to mention anyone who voted for or supports Donald Trump. IOW, people like jacee, in all her wisdom, fully support the end of free speech if it's at odds with her own beliefs. P.S - No, you can't say "both groups are violent and unreasonable"....just ask Donald Trump.
  25. So, if you can claim, as Antifa does, that everyone who you disagree with is a Nazi, then you have what have today. How convienient!
