Sure, would that have been the case though had Clinton not have deleted 30k+ emails before handing it over to the FBI? That is the question A little from column A and a little from column B for sure.......I'd take a Trump presidency as a result if (the) Clinton(s) and friends get nailed to the cross.... Trump is a flim-flam artist without a doubt, but he's never held a position in which he could abuse the public's trust through the abuse of political power.....If the Clinton's abused their office and influence for personal gain donations to their foundation they should be in Federal prison.........despite the Trump negatives, he's not currently tied to two different investigations by the FBI....quite the litmus test

Based on the FBI investigation, I wouldn't consider it "unlikely"......... Pay for play well at the State Department......evidence of obstruction...backroom deals etc etc...who knows

I try to keep an open mind and think positive........much the same was said when Reagan beat Bush the elder and then Carter......and it was touch and go for his first two years at that.......does that make Trump a Reagan 2.0? Probably not, but far better then more and the same.

Tough to say.......he has momentum, will likely win all the Romney States, he's leading or tied in Ohio, North Carolina, Nevada and Florida, and needs a combination of New Hampshire, a split in Maine and one of Michigan or Wisconsin -or- steal away Pennsylvania......in which the difference for Hillary is literally several hundred thousands poor blacks in Philly that turned out for Obama twice, in a city that's police force is in lockstep with Trump. That's subjective, Trump might be a buffoon, but he doesn't have two ongoing FBI investigations against him.......Trump, in my opinion, is the "safe harbor", granted at times its akin to Port Royal or Subic Bay, compared to a crooked and incompetent Clinton......

Of course not........as to their behavior, I have no problem with it, leaks are a fact of life, namely when its concerning a high profile person.

I wouldn't consider a possible indictment nothing........It would make quite the picture though, Hillary been sworn in wearing cuffs, or kept in the White House under house arrest....that is if the polls are wrong, and Trump doesn't actually win.

A laptop from a guy that received emails, and stored them on his computer, from his wife?, even though he no longer held security clearance....I know both FOX and CBS are now reporting that their sources within the FBI are saying Weiner's computer is loaded with emails from the State Department......emails not found on the private server handed over by Clinton, as opposed to duplicates.

Another interesting release today by the FBI Hmmmm........and onto the Clinton Foundation and the obstruction by the DoJ: If she wins, between the emails and the Clinton Foundation, we could be looking at Watergate on steroids....

This is interesting: What makes this interesting is that two days later, 03/04/2015, Congress subpoenaed Clinton's emails..........that sounds like intent to obstruct a Federal investigation.

And Canadian law enforcement and law enforcement in any other Western society.......the FBI obtained the computers through their investigation of Weiner sending sexual messages to a minor across State lines, and found said emails through said investigation.

Ahh yeah.......you know, jurisprudence and all the ordained rights found within a democratic society.

Megyn Kelly is great (I'm actually watching the rebroadcast right now), and have watched her for years, and though she does have (at times) a calm disposition, what stymies male and female guests alike can be attributed to her legal background, the ingrained ability to ask pointed questions and cut through bullshit. She is the female version of Bill O'Reilly, with nearly equal ratings as the Factor, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if she replaced Bill when he eventually retires.

I never denied being a big backer of the GOP, nor that if given the choice would choose Trump over Clinton (for the very reasons I outlined), but that does not make me a "Trump supporter"......I wouldn't care one iota if he were somehow "deposed" and Mike Pence became President Well I tend to agree, it is but one poll, I was more inclined to the Washington Post poll, which had Trump down over ten points last week, which was conducted prior to the FBI announcement. Being married to Secretary Clinton's then Chief of Staff, I wouldn't think it would be stretch that the "missing emails" could be on the computer.....likewise any other emails not turned over and/or pertaining to a whole host of other Clinton related alleged "scandals" Have you stopped beating your wife? As I said, I would be opposed to the selection of activist judges by Clinton, if this resulted in abortion becoming a States issue....so be it.... With that, like the dog whistle Trump with his finger on the nuclear button, a Republican dominated Supreme Court has yet to overturn Roe vs Wade.

These laws Yes, and my answer, quite clearly, was that I don't favor activist judges..... My personal views relating to abortion are not the subject of this thread.........by all means, start another thread, if there is enough interest I may even share them.
