In the meantime, what do we do about these refugees? Let them die on trains, in trucks, in the sea?

Pat Carney has suggested we immediately take in 100,000 refugees. Sounds like a good plan to me. On the other hand, an Egyptian billionaire has agreed to purchase an island to house up to 200,000 refugees. It's not the the first time I have heard of this. A few weeks back, CBC radio interviewed someone discussing this very idea, but I can't recall who it was. It's sounds like a feasible plan to me. You can read more here.

Can you break down the 60,000 further? By Country, region in Canada? As I mentioned earlier Greg, with that many visitors a month, especially in Canada, advertisors would love to advertise here. Given the demographics, this is a highly targeted audience. For example, Real Estate, travel etc. All you have to do is plug in their code and popups can appear (only once per visitor usually, so it's not intrusive). I would suggest getting an advertising package together with the stats and start selling your space!
