We are supposed to be a civilized society that embrace due process of law, including credibility assessment, where guilt or innocent can only be achieved by a “preponderance of the evidence” standard. This has not been met in any way, and credibility is not assessed on the basis of gender, the type of allegation, or one’s political bias. Sen. Feinstein sat on Ford’s letter, vetted it then sat on it for weeks shen she punted it onto the scene after the confirmation hearings were done. This is corruption at its core, she should step down.

Avenatti's client has the most interesting story line ever. 1st of all, it cracks me up. I burst out laughing the first time I saw it. Sounds terrible right, that I find a rape allegation hilarious? It's only funny because it's not even a little bit believable. Here's the thing, she says she went to ten parties where they were drugging and gang-raping girls. TEN! If you were a school-aged girl and you went to a party where you witnessed something as horrific and grotesque as a gang-rape wouldn't you report that to someone? Or at the very least, not go to the next "party" with those same people? How fun does a party have to be so that you say to yourself "It was an awesome party but the harrowing sights & sounds of the gang-rape at the end kind of brought it down a notch. Still, I can't wait for the next one!"? I'm literally blown away that no one on tv even talks about that. What could possibly have compelled her to go to a second party? Was Prince there? Michael Jackson? Did someone win a free car? And if for some crazy reason you went to a second party and the exact same thing happened again, wouldn't you quit right there? Nope, she went to a 3rd gang rape party. And she went to a 4th gang rape party. And she went to a 5th gang rape party. And she went to a 6th gang rape party. And she went to a 7th gang rape party. And she went to an 8th gang rape party. And then she went to two more gang rape parties. Is she really a "victim" now, or did she know exactly what was going to happen, and she basically consented to it by going there? By the 2nd or 3rd party she was actually more of an accomplice or co-conspirator than anything imo. Helping convince other girls to come to the parties. It honestly seems like a stupid allegation to bring up, really easy to discount it after all these years where none of these hundreds of victims or witnesses said anything for 36 years lol. It really leaves the door wide open for more "victims" to come forward, and their testimony is pre-corroborated by that of his client. If twenty random girls come forward (and they get to become part of history by stopping a Trump nominee appointment so why not?) it all makes perfect sense to the Demmie crowd. Only blind partisanships and idiots will not challenge Ford when she said she's 100% sure it was Kavanaugh who assaulted her! Bull! What's 100% sure, was the way she botched identifying alleged attendees to that party! yep. She botched that, 100%! Not one of them has any recollection going to that party! Even her own friend REFUTED her claim that she (Keyser) was at that party! Not only did Keyser refute that claim, she also corroborated Kavanaugh's claim! How? Well.....if Keyser said she doesn't recollect EVER BEING in a party that was also attended by Kavanaugh - then, one of them (either Kavanaugh or Keyser), wasn't in that party! If Ford says Keyser was there, that means Kavanaugh wasn't! If Ford had botched up with the people she claims to have been at that party - it's also very likely she botched up in naming Kavanaugh! Something did happen to Ford - but I don't think it was with Kavanaugh! I believe Kavanaugh. Just shows you.....the Dems doesn't care at all about Ford! All they care about is getting rid of Kavanaugh.

It really surprises me that in todays world , in our country that has claimed we are superior to so many nations around the world in regards to human rights , that we as Canadian citizens and our government see our service members as a liability and actually don't give a rats ass about our vets...So much that our justice system has publicly back our government efforts to discard any vets claims....in the last 2 years this government has gone to court and they have decided that that a)The federal government is not responsible to provide a safe and harassment free work place...AND now the government does not have to look after vets that become injured while on duty to this nation, that they have NO social contract to look after anybody for any injury in a federal work place....The government is now making head way to cancel ALL medical released soldiers benefits…. replacing them with a duty to employ, regardless of injury...if you can't be employed, here is the return of contributions to your pension, have a nice life....this will be policy in the near future, these are the new cost saving measures that our government and CDS have agreed to...... And yet the government has not changed any of its laws regarding soldiers disregarding orders that may result in death, or what they call unlimited liability...that states a soldier must obey every command even if it results in their death.....now disregarding or refusing this order once was punishable by death with out trail, after before WII it was changed to needs a trail, but still could result in death....now it is just punishable by imprisonment, and dishonorable discharge, try getting employment after that....And we thought that since we had to basically put our lives in our nations hands, in return we would get looked after if wounded, or killed....Now our nation says F**** you, we don't owe you shit...we make the rules here, so now with no work mans comp, no social contract to be looked after....we get shown the door , to live with our injuries the rest of our lives , with no compensation..... Where will this spectacle go after the FBI completes its investigation and once again finds absolutely no corroborating evidence from anyone? That's why it was so despicable for the Democrats to hold back the accusation for so long - instead of conducting an investigation in private to see if it could be corroborated. They may have again shot themselves in the foot - if uncorroborated, their openly malicious actions just continue to fuel the narrative of an angry, "fake news" Left.
