Yeah except, while Somalia might need some correction for being a regional pain in the ass and a potential to spread conflict, Ethiopia may well be a balancing force.

Now if Venuzuela is supplying arms to the drug cartels or aiding Iran, then of course they should be contained by what ever means is the most cost effective, but Cuba barely has a pot to piss in since the welfare cheques from the CCCP stopped.........

My a la carte list would be (in no particular order)

Syria Sudan, Somalia

North Korea, Burma,

Venezuela, and Iran

My list:

- The ridiculous neighbourhoods in Canada that breed people that believe that the Americans are going on some world conquest.

- Some third world tropical islands that are nice, the Americans can upgrade them and let us go visit.

It seems you're thinking there should be some REASON in choosing to invade someone.

That's like SO 20th century. Get with the times, muchacho!

A reason? Like a reason not to waste band width with bad humour?

That's all in the eye of the beholder, dear fellow! I've certainly chortled quite merrily over this poll several times now, and I'm very satisfied with its political-discussion message as well.

Consider the image of all the armchair generals here on MLW pushing plastic Marine Corps figures into the map of Iran, peering Rumsfeldianly around the world for their next great strategic coup against ideological malefactors, and wetting their jeans at the thought of their own righteousness.

Everybodies got it all wrong it's the other way around. The US is going to kill off all their troop's in Iraq, then foriegn troop's will occupy the US, kill off 95% of the population in FEMA death camps, and kill anyone over the age of 10. That way the Rockefellers will be as rich as ever, and use the 10 year olds as slave labour.

Man, when are you guys going to see the truth.

Yeah, I'm investing heavily in children clothing companies because they gotta clothe the little slaves!

The reason may be avoiding a response by attacking the style and/or character of the opponent. After all, didn't that exact tactic end up with a quagmire called Iraq?

Ooops, there I go now with the "bad-humour." Oh well.

What, now nobody is allowed to disagree with conspiracy theories lest they be called ugly headed conservatives?(!)

So we have right wings stating that Canadians are pathetic, that Canadians take everything for granted as if it is a sin, and as if they do not, and now we have one advocating the murder of fellow Canadians that actually have brains.

... It was a joke??? :(

I think it's pretty obvious to anyone that the American's don't have Empirical conquest as one of their goals. They have a place in the sun, Florida... or perhaps Puerto Rico. The 8 year term limit on Presidents really prevents empirical expansionism, and the 8 year term limit (Bush Sr. being the exception) that the citizens voluntarily put on parties does the same.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and everyone is open to being criticised for having that opinion.

Guess which countries do not yet have their system dominated by the small group of private bank owners in the world:

Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, Libya

Make your guess from that because that is why we fight - to bring our private banks to other countries.

Support the troops. Bring them home. Let the bankers fight their own wars. www.infowars.com

So Polynewbie your saying that private banks give us freedom and democracy, as well as a decent standard of living. While the places without private bank's are tyrannical dictatorship were you can get executed or imprisoned for following a religion different then the leaders, having different political beliefs, and getting killed for criticizing the leader.

Really, it doesn't help your position if the only countries that are doing what you want are ones that are all known for their stellar human rights record.

wow you think the US and Canada have a "stellar" human rights?? look at the way we treat our natives, worst than almost every other country. and in the united states racism of all kinds is still rampant.

canada is no longer the best place to live in the world, and the united states has always been far from it. yes there may be more executions there, but look at the amount of incarceration in the states. 1 million of the prisoners happen to be black. and how many cold blooded murders occur there? how many teenagers shoot up there classmates in shool? man you need to wake up, we dont live in paradise, you've just been conditioned to think we're the best. bankers dont discriminate between races anymore, they want everyone equally miserable. many polls show that people who live in 3rd world countries are actually, on average, happier then us north americans. yes i agree i like this materialistic way of life, who wouldnt, but it is DEFINETLY not sustainable. the monetary system is the underlying problem of almost everything. global hegemony would give them complete control.

1984 is getting ever so close. in londan they have 4 million cctv's, they are now being equipped with facial recognition systems. the EU proposes putting RDIF tags in currency, allowing for the monitoring of all transactions, destroying the appeal of cash. they already have RDIF in goodwrich tires, and gillette razors, and most likely many other products. the FDA has now approved the use of RDIF tags for humans. these are all basic human rights that will be infringed upon unless we do something.

"Our Natives?

...perhpas one of the problems is the paternalistic attitude that deprives "our" natives the sense of self....maybe we and they should start feeling that their destiny, their problems are bezt met by their own solutions....

talking for myself only, I ready to give up my natives...they're all grown up now.
