The Obama Presidential Center is A LOT MORE than just a Library. It is a COMMUNITY CENTER for recreation and many other things in an area of the city which contains very little of those resources. And if you weren't a Canuck who never visited the South side of Chicago (where I went to college), you would know how starved that area is for such resouces.
