Why Are NGOs Still Operating?

I'm thinking that there must be some obscure law that these NGOs hide behind, when they finance riots?

How else can they still be in operation? Its madness. They send all this money to people to assault law enforcement and get away with it. There must be a Soros inside the USA. One of the younger ones maybe?

There are a hundred ways to learn what an NGO is. You're talking about Doctors Without Borders, The Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity--among many others.

BLM is a social movement not an NGO.

There is a difference between the broader social movement and organizations who share it's name.
