If she couldn't remember that her lawyers had recently told her that someone else was paying her legal bills, and she didn't even notice that she wasn't paying her bills herself, then why should we believe that she remembers what happened during her slutty encounter 30 years ago?

I had girlfriends 30 years ago that I don't remember. 

Now tell me: why did her story need to go to trial? She didn't think of it as a rape when it initially happened, she described a situation where she giggled every time he did something to her, and then when she wanted to leave, she shoved him with one arm and left. She said that she couldn't even remember if he got his penis inside of her...

Who would listen to that story and say "That's a plausible r4pe story. She was really victimized. We need to pay lawyers so that she can bring that to court"? And then they're gonna say: "But can we win if we go to court? Hmmmmm, let's look at the strength of this case:

• ZERO evidence

• Extremely implausible story from 30 years ago

• The accuser can't even name a year

• The story doesn't even amount to a r4pe

• The accuser was caught lying, so her credibility is gone

• The accuser claims to have forgotten major details from within the past couple months, so even her memory is shot

Just look at her own statements that show that her memory can't be relied on: she couldn't name a year and she had somehow forgotten about an offer to pay all of her legal bills.

She forgot all that, and then people are gonna rely on her memory recall from 30 years ago to charge someone with r4pe?

That's not a real thing in a legitimate court with an actual judge.

FYI your story is not proof that a r4pe occurred: it is proof of a weaponized justice system. 

That's proof that the judge was crooked. She didn't have a reliable memory, by her own admission, and she was caught lying. Of course there were issues with her credibility. She had none.
