But I more think the judge has TDS and when he had the opportunity to "get Trump"...he took it.

I have to figure there's some sort of law or regulation that can be used to remove this judge and revoke his Bar credentials.

While the executive branch oversees the appointments of the center's board of trustees, Congress has the ultimate say on what money get appropriated and what projects (name change) gets approved. 

In any case, public safety is moot............ there is NO scheduled public events to be a safety concern for 'said' public.  

When Trump was named chairman of the Kennedy Center's board in 2025 the backlash was immediate. Ticket buyers, slated performers and board members was swift - they cancelled or resigned. 

To avoid the embarrassment of being chairman of an echo chamber, Trump countered by closing the Center for 2 years for maintenance.

The board justified the change by crediting Trump with "unbelievable work" in saving the building from financial ruin and securing funding for its maintenance. Trump had previously criticized the center's management and programming and made reshaping the D.C. cultural institution a priority of his second term.
