This is why Trump and Republicans will win California and the midterms.

The left is running on emotional arguments. They are running against success. Trump has accomplished a secure border, lower housing costs, lower food costs, Trump accounts, the Big Beautiful Bill tax cuts, exposing fraud, cutting waste, eliminating unnecessary beauracracies, total victory in Venezuela, total victory in Iran, fentanyl deaths plummeting, drug over doses plummeting, crime at all time lows, murder at all time lows, released Epstein files, UFO files, JFK files, Trump Rx and so on.

The left's only argument against that is "Trump is fascist." Which is weird because he just endorsed a man's company after that man endorsed his opponent in the election. I don't remember fascist being that forgiving. "Trump is a dictator" they say. Yet he is following all the court rulings, even the ones he disagrees with.

Now look, Spencer Pratt is also running on emotional grounds in his campaign. But he is running against abstract failure. The Palisades. Homelessness. The high speed train. Drug addiction. Crime. All of these things are just abysmal failure in Cali. So the emotional plea to make a change from failure is an easy sale to make.

What the left is doing, regarding Trump, is hurting themselves. they are not making any logical excuse for why they are against safer streets, fewer drugs, lower prices, international stability, and Governor transparency. They are telling the public they don't want the public to be safer, sober and better informed. So we can under the opposite is true. They want us to be endangered, drugged out and in the dark.

After Donald Trump launched his war on Iran, a spirited debate broke out among a small set of public intellectuals over an unexpectedly relevant question: Is Trumpism dead? The case for Trumpism’s passing rested on the idea that the war is so contrary to his promises to the base that the movement can’t survive such a betrayal. The counterargument held, correctly, that Trumpism isn’t actually antiwar, and its deeper impulses within right-leaning America aren’t close to spent.

But a bunch of recent events suggests that Trumpism as a broad ideological project has suddenly sustained a new kind of damage. The findings in this week’s poll from Fox News—a major institutional ally of Trumpism—combined with fresh levels of exasperation at Trump among GOP lawmakers leave little doubt: Some kind of new threshold has been crossed.

The Fox poll’s most brutal finding is that Trump is losing major ground among both his most loyal constituencies and those he made surprise inroads with in 2024. On the former, Trump’s approval is underwater with working-class whites (46–54), rural voters (43–57), and even white men (48–52). On the latter, he’s tanking among young voters (31–69), Latinos (33–67), and working-class voters of all races (40–60), suggesting he’s squandered his gains with nonwhite working people entirely.

His numbers on the economy are even worse. Only 29 percent of voters approve of his handling of it, while an extraordinary 71 percent disapprove. On inflation it’s an eye-popping 24–76. All his aforementioned core voter groups disapprove of Trump’s economic performance, as well—in very large majorities.

Just look at Fox’s write-up of its poll. It reports that Trump’s disapproval is at a “new high,” while even noting that he has slipped underwater on border security. It takes note of sudden new jumps in the percentages who disapprove of Trump on the economy and reports candidly on precipitous declines among base voter groups.

Okay and? What is your alternative? Democrats don’t have a solution for Trump.

Now do the Democrats.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

......... the ability of the Left to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory is without measure.

The Left has no leader - even the messiah, Obama questions their strategy.

The recent release of the 2024 (Dem)  presidential campaign critique proves they have learned nothing.

And it's hard to figure out what they want... which no doubt makes governing the critters thirsty work. Right now they're mad at city leaders for giving them exactly what they voted for:

https://www.foxnews.com/us/terrified-residents-crime-plagued-blue-city-throw-giant-barricades-stop-chaos

They voted to defund the police (and did to the tune of about 600) but now they want police protection; just do a rough training assessment of how long it will take (and how much it will cost) to get back to where they once were... which was under manned.

They wanted open borders... but now they're erecting barriers to keep out the people they let in. They wanted easy bail but now they want law and order. They wanted to be a sanctuary city but now want financial assistance to deal with what a sanctuary city really is.

They sound like teenage girls who drop out of high school to shack up with their 30 year old boyfriends. Maybe the solution (and the shortest way through this) is to just give them what they ask for until they scream UNCLE.  Sometimes only painful experience provides an answer to "WTF did you think was going to happen" questions.

Oh, they have a strategy: Weaken, corrupt & demoralize the US in order to usher it in as the newest member of the third-world.

They've been calling for this shit ever since the "give us your tired and poor" bullshit from 1883.

But it's been accelerated in the past few years and now their strategy is quite clear.

Yup.

Someone on the left has to explain what drives them to wanna destroy America?

Do they hate it? Or is this all just out of hatred for Orangemanbad?

I mean geeze...do they not understand the basics of nationhood? Of economics? Of common fckin' decency?

Please Libbies...explain this...traitorous stance you've taken. Because frankly...its nothing but destructive.

And you know it.

Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.
