So… now you want a full scale invasion to conquer Iran? For as long as geography is what it is and shipping passes through there, Iran could throw rocks and still threaten to close the Strait. This condition existed before Trump ever became President and will after. Even some International force would be faced with the same dilemma, that they would have to be willing to go to war against Iran. The global economy was in recession before this military exercise. Two things have to happen this summer for the Repubicans to hold the line in November. 1.
