Not just hilarious, it was literally culture changing. They did things on that show that up to that point were so forbidden it wasn't even funny. They talked about rape, they talked about infidelity, they had mixed racial couples, they made people talk about things that nobody was allowed to talk about. But they shoved them in people's face and made them have the conversations. Before them there was  a law that two people in a bed had to have at least  one foot on the floor each to show there wasn't anything hinky going on and here these guys are talking about all the things up front.

In that respect it was a TV show that changed the world around it and you just can't say enough about the kind of effort and risk and balls it takes to do that.

My wife had never seen it before today.

She was giggling as much as I was.

Nothing like when Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a woke Tranny and left wingers like Jimmy Kimmel decided to insert themselves into the story by claiming they were the true victims of Kirk's murder

Leave it to ^West to get the whole incident completely wrong.

Everyone with even a small amount of intellect knows Archie Bunker was a characature. Nobody thought or thinks the characature acceptable. Its understandable which makes it funny.

Even with your poo-poo.

It's funny because it's SPOT ON portraying Archie as stupidly believing what cons genuinely believed and many still do.

What was really shocking about Archie was that he showed hard-boiled conservatives can have a heart - you just had to ridicule and beat the shit out of them on occasion.

Weird how the "cult" readily calls out their "cult" leader. It is almost like they are not a "cult."

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

It’s a dumb post by him, but I just don’t give a f**k.  Especially coming from people that have spent the last few months celebrating and justifying Charlie Kirk’s death, as well as trashing his wife.  Wait now you want grace and compassion?  Go f **k yourselves.

The problem there is that the world is full of such bad examples. If we can excuse reprehensible behaviour on such a basis there is no hope for us.

"Prove me wrong," has never been a legitimate debate tactic.

You are conflating Charlie Kirk with Crowder. I swear, you practice being as dumb as you are.

Kirk engaged in dialogue inviting people to ask him questions.

the USA has elected a psychopath. God help them.

You should be more concerned with your own behavior on this forum. You can control that. Maybe...
