As i said from the beginning he's deliberately made sure that he's poisoned the well so that no pipeline will ever be built while pretending to build a pipeline. And now the liberals just proved it. Voted against it because their caucus is entirely divided. Carney has been whispering to his people "Don't worry, it'll never be built, just go along with this", but now they've nailed their colours to the mast and it's obvious it was all a sham. Which is one of the reasons several pundits including myself questioned whether or not Carney really wanted this to happen I mean leaving the first nations of BC out of the discussions as well as the government is basically farting in their face. There's no quicker way to make them pissed off. They will now resist this idea like crazy. Especially when you invite the premiere of Saskatchewan who has absolutely nothing to do with this to the table. I think that's what gave harper the idea for the vote. He knew carney was telling his people this would never happen and telling alberta it was full steam ahead and he wanted to try to expose that I can't say if it's calculated or just inexperience.
