This means there is a very high probability that the case gets dropped. If he takes it to court, he will be doing what no other prosecuter will do. 

When he drops it, it will prove that Biden's admin went hunting for prosecutors and only found corrupt prosecutors to run their banana republic schemes.

That tape doesn't exist. The tape you are referring to is the tape where Trump said to find the votes. You can't find something that doesn't exist. Also, he never threatened reprecussions.
