The government is lying again. Is anyone surprised that a party led by a man who lied during his first press conference as leader would have no problem lying to us on every single subject, from the budget to immigration? But hey, at least he's not negative! He only ever tells us rosy stories!

It seems the headline number given for immigration was uhm... the polite term is misleader, but let's just say it's a lie.

That's called a non-sequitur, just FYI.

In order for your claim to follow along the same line as the OP did, it would have to be something like: "Carney said that the clocks were going to spring ahead, but instead they fell back", and your accusation would have to be true.

Yeah, he's playing faster with the numbers again.

He lies a lot. This is something people are not quite understanding yet.

He needs to bring in more people because that's how you prevent us going into a session. Immigration artificially creates a higher GDP and without it it would be obvious to all Canadians that we were in recession right now. He can't afford that.

But he also knows that people are fed up with too much immigration causing inflation and housing to become unaffordable.

So he's trying to say that he's lowering immigration while putting his thumb on the scale.

He's caught between two problems. Justin Trudeau left him an absolute disaster and he can't really say that out loud, and also he's not terribly competent which makes fixing the problems hard

Correction: Carney lies about everything because the only alternative is to admit to how badly the LPOC has at various times either failed or intentionally screwed the country up in the last 10+ years and how badly he is doing as PM. But the CBC backs all of his lies then tells Canadians that our main problem is the leader of the opposition, and the cultists have proven time and time again that they will just commit all of the CBC's drivel to memory without questioning any of it, so he has no reason to start telling the truth. 

Try to get ex-flyer, moonie, or eyeball to admit that Trudeau or Carney ever lied or did anything wrong and you'll hit a brick wall. To those little cultist nutjobs the jabs worked 100%, only the unvaxed died, there was no problem at all with the way Canadians were treated during covid, the SNC and WE mixups were all just misunderstandings, killing the energy sector was a boon for our economy, there are 215 kids buried in Kamloops that were slaughtered by knife-wielding nuns, hijabs are a symbol of joy and all cisgender white men in Canada are evil, etc... It has all been sunshine and roses here under our glorious leaders in the LPOC, and Poilievre is our greatest enemy.  

I'm not kidding when I say that I'm not "Canadian" anymore. I have nothing in common with these worthless losers that form the majority of this country.
