It can be true that our economy is losing ground to them terribly and that their economy is growing much faster (which is true), ANNNND it can still be true that overall when all factors are taken into account America is a less desirable place to be right now than we are and turning into america would be a step backward. Its perfectly legitimate to say that we wish we had their economy but we're glad we don't have their political mess. Not carney. Many businesses either charged less to the buyers (that would be us sellers paying it) or the suppliers reduced their price to account for it (that would be canadian business).
