Job losses are mounting, plants are closing and Carney's team isn't having serious talks with Washington.

Title says it all. Trump's people are not seriously negotiating with Canada at this time. It seems that we're going to have to wait until cUSMA gets renegotiated. In the meantime trump will continue to increase tariffs. 

This could not be going much worse. The real question is how long will the left continue to defend this obvious complete failure.

It's hilarious to me that you were absolutely supportive of the guy and his elbows up strategy when he was running and now are trying to suggest that the very thing he promised was completely stupid and ridiculous. I see trump has summoned him to washington again and he's running along like a well trained pup. I' m a little worried to find out what his new instructions are going to be.
