If you want to point out a LIE then point out that the lie was him getting suspended pver remarks about Charlie Kirk when it was really over his criticism of Trump.
They were sucking up to Trump to curry favour on a business proposal. Something all corporations do, all the time, but now are emboldened in this era of accepting govt corruption to do right in everyone's face.

He's criticized trump for years and never got fired, he said one thing about the Charlie Kirk situation and did. I think it's pretty obvious that it was about Kirk and not about trump
