User Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 First, the Federal government needs to stop these high-risk raids. This incompetence goes back a long time to tragedies like those at Waco and Ruby Ridge. There is no need for them. They know this guy goes to work in the morning, they know his wife has a job and the kids go to school. There is no reason to come in guns drawn in a full tactical breach with flash bangs. Just arrest or detain him outside of the home and search it when no one is there. There are so many things that can go wrong here, that puts innocent people at risk. Second, why? Where is the transparency? They had to engage in a high risk warrant with full tactical teams... just to take his phone? Clearly they were operating on some bad intelligence here and that is a whole different level of incompetence. We have seen enough of this administration using federal agents like this against innocent families to push this political agenda. Enough. I hope the next ATF director exposes this garbage. Black gun activist says ATF raided his home to scare legal firearm owners https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2024/dec/25/black-gun-activist-says-atf-raided-home-scare-lega/ A federal raid at the Baltimore home of a gun rights activist ended with no arrests, charges or weapons confiscations, leaving the local advocate wondering if the action was intended to intimidate lawful Black gun owners. ATF agents announced themselves to Mark “Choppa” Manley and his family by tossing a flashbang into his living room and ordering everyone out at gunpoint during the predawn search days before Thanksgiving. Hours later — after Mr. Manley said agents flipped his house upside down and checked the serial numbers on several of his firearms — authorities only took one of his cell phones for evidence. 1 Quote

WestCanMan Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 3 f'd up scenarios, but I do feel like the Feds should be held to a higher standard, because I'm under the impression that it's not a starter job. There are people at local PD's that are just starting out, and a veteran partner there might have 5 years, but doesn't the ATF only recruit veteran officers? Don't they all have several years of service before they join the ATF? That being said, killing someone is also worse than just throwing in a flashbang. Seems like there are a lot of cops that need jailtime/firing/suspensions. 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.
