Nothing has changed. Your argument was bullshit before and it's no less bullshit now. People who had connections to trump also had connections to the group that created the document that you're referring to. That is not the same thing as saying Trump had connections to the documents. If you work for your boss, and you also Play dungeons & dragons in your mommy's Basement, that does not mean that your boss has a connection to dungeons & dragons.

And now that trump is hiring people who are qualified to do the jobs and are conservative leaning it is absolutely expected that a portion of them will have had some roll to play in the organization that created that document because it's a conservative Organization for experts who are in the field.

That does not mean that trump has any connection to the document or to its policies or has any intention of allowing any of those policies or the like. And in fact most of his stated goals have nothing to do with anything in that policy book
