How the Federal NDP and BC NDP exacerbate divisions within Canada

How is this news? During covid they went way out of their way to try and drive anger and division between people rather than bringing them together.

Unfortunately it's a common trait amongst the left these days, which is weird because historically that's not the case. But these days they are all about separating people.

The green leader lost her riding last night and her first comment was how stupid British Columbians are because some of them voted conservative while it was raining because the rain proves global warming. This is someone who wanted to serve the people of British Columbia supposedly but obviously has no respect for them. The NDP is no different

She lost because she didn't run in her own riding and bit off more than she could chew. She also came 2nd in a riding that's still NDP'.

Firstenau also made the comment you're ridiculing because the 'atmospheric river' was happening again, not some random heavy rain and only those so thick in the head they'll deny their own eyeballs to repute climate change have congealed into the Brand Name of conservatives.
As do the ones mentioned in the news clips that voted 'against Trudeau" and the lady who said she would vote for Kamala Harris. All the dimwits sheltering in the 'one big tent' of the BC Conservatives.

Mike DeJong kept steering conversation to 'Free Enterprise coalition' to keep the spotlight off the fringe of weirdos. He is a NORMAL conservative.

 She made that comment because she's an ignorant bigoted angry person who looks down on anybody who has a different opinion and thinks that the purpose of the government is to pass laws to enforce her will upon others and anyone else is morally bankrupt.

Which would make her a disgusting little human being who has no business serving in politics in the first place. The left's utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt tendency these days to not only disagree with the public but be contemptuous of them if they don't vote for their party is disgusting. I think she has a point about the NDP.

I was hoping Firstenau would get elected but we always get big rains this time of year, November has always been our wettest month, we used to call them Pineapple Expresses before Atmospheric River became popular. Warming is probably increasing the frequency and severity but the one we are having now is not out of the ordinary.

I agree, but just for the fun of it let's imagine that this was out of the ordinary and that we knew with certainty that it was a result of global warming.

It would still be grossly inappropriate for her to suggest that the voters of British Columbia were ignorant or stupid just because they had different priorities. Which is what she did. If you are going to stand to serve the people then you have to respect all of the people even if you disagree with some. In that respect she failed
