As the title says.  Not all the people we allow in are valuable, and the most valuable are the ones that are going.  We've now become like a dirty oil filter for other countries, with the least desirable staying here.

I liked the ones who are high value and now are leaving.  I mean i'm sure SOME were low lifes, not all people how leave are great people of course. Weren't you planning on going?

It makes sense that we're like an oil filter for other countries' citizens.

When you consider the fact that people who are doctors in other countries can't practice here it's mind-boggling that they'd stay. If I could choose between "Dr in Costa Rica" and whatever it is that we let foreign, de-credentialed Drs do here, I'd even go back down there to be a proctologist in a gay brothel. 

It only makes sense to stay here if you're poor and can really profit from our welfare system. 

Theoretically Poilievre has a plan to fast-track foreign-trained professionals so that they can work in their fields of expertise... if he can do it for a reasonable cost then it's obviously a win-win.
