The FBI got a search warrant only after then first ASKED for the return of the documents, THEN they got a court order DEMANDING return of the documents, THEN they interviewed witnesses who told them that not all of the documents had been returned. That is why they got a search warrant. Trump could have returned the documents at any time and all of this uproar could have been avoided. It’s worth noting that Trump was NOT charged with theft of those classified documents which he returned, even though he could have been charged on those counts as well.  It was only the clearly willful theft that he was charged with.

I just have to vote for the guy who isn't trying open our borders and flood this country with Illegal aliens. I’ve said this before: If your ideas are so great, why do you and your politicians constantly lie, continually lie, in order to make your points? If your ideas are better, why isn’t the truth good enough?

You said that the Presidential Records Act allowed Trump to have those classified documents.  But clearly the PRA says the exact opposite. Then you say you refuse to read the PRA. 
 

Donald Trump said over and over that he would weaponize the Justice system against his political rivals. He promised to jail Hillary Clinton, and he said he would jail Biden and Harris, too.  Biden and Harris, on the other hand, have not said one single word about Trump’s trials, except for mentioning the actual guilty findings.  I believe Biden’s words were, “You have the morals of an alley cat.”  
 

If Donald Piece of Shlt Trump hadn’t stolen and blatantly refused to return highly classified documents, he wouldn’t have been charged for it.  And if he loses this election, he’s going to wind up in prison over it, where he belongs. His lawyer clearly told him to return the documents after receiving a subpoena, and Trump lied to his own lawyer and deliberately withheld the documents from him. 
And the reason Trump did that so because Donald Trump is a criminal and cannot be trusted to serve as President of the United States.

Donald Trump was impeached twice and indicted of over 100 felonies and convicted of 34 felonies because he is a criminal. 
 

The man said he would release his tax returns, then went all the way to the Supreme Court to fight releasing them.  A man who does that is a fraudster, and you know it.
