No attacks are needed. If SCOTUS becomes another politicized institution whose decisions are guided primarily by political affiliation it would signify no less than the end of independent and impartial justice in the United States. A sad and dangerous outcome. Plain and simple.

When loyalty of the establishment is to political tribe, or a cult as opposed to the country, its citizens and the Constitution it means no less than the end of the democracy itself. And exactly in this way, happened countless times in history. Constitution, laws, rules and procedures, even traditions: those are only words. It takes citizens, of reason, vigilance and responsibility to fill them with meaning. Nothing less and never less.

Today we await several SCOTUS judgments. We will see how that pans out.

However...I find it rather hypocritical of you to cheer on Democrat lawfare, while disparaging the Supreme legal authority of the USA. 

But then again...your hypocrisy is expected...
